5 years of State Farm Insurance in San Diego. I am a San Diego local and live as well as work in Point Loma. I am passionate about protecting what matters to you most because before I had an insurance agency I was under insured and personally know the risks of being underinsured.

I have been with Lisa’s State Farm for around 3 years. They provided a competitive rate, I had several changes in my policy because I bought and sold 2 cars during the last 3 years, the agency never failed to keep my records updated, also they always informed me about the eligibility of further discounts and promotions .
The ladies at the office are very helpful and understanding, especially Sarah.

I recently switched from Mercury Insurance to State Farm and I couldn’t be happier with the service and policy I received from Lisa Keith’s agency. I barely had to lift a finger– they did all of the work for me and saved me some money while they were at it! I bought a new car a couple of weeks ago and my agent, Beth, was ready to go with the updated policy before I even left the auto dealership. That’s what I call great customer service! Thank you Lisa & Beth, you’ve earned a customer for life!

I did the switch from Farmer’s to State Farm 6 Months ago and I am satisified with the decision for the following reasons:
1. The rate savings! — Significant
2. The service! — Wonderful
3. The Agent! — Knowledgeable
My rates actually went down after 6 months; it pays to stay! The range of products are wonderful; they even added new banking opportunities with the added benefit of a discount on your rate when your payments are drawn from this account!
I would highly recommend this office to anyone and that is the truth!

Honestly, I’m not sure why all the reviews on here are so great. Now, this is not a review for Lisa Keith herself, just her team. Two weeks ago I tried to cancel my auto insurance and life insurance policies (I don’t have a car anymore and i dont need the life insurance) and somehow only the car insurance was cancelled so on my next billing date I was billed for the life insurance. I called and asked why and they said another department would call me back. No one ever did. The next day I called to cancel my insurance, they said someone would call me back, no one ever did. This has gone on for over a week until I finally got to speak to the manager. Every time before when I wanted to speak to the manager I would be put on hold and then hung up on. Overall, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would never recommend state farm to anyone.

Lisa Keith State Farm is wonderful — so helpful and quick to respond when we need their help. We have our personal car and rental insurance with them as well as my husband’s business auto insurance which is for multiple trucks. He’s often emailing them for information and they’re super quick to respond and so willing to explain things. Would highly recommend Lisa Keith Insurance!

Getting an insurance quote has always been confusing. I think that auto insurance in general is confusing. I called the San Diego, Lisa Keith office and the staff was very helpful in explaining what State Farm has to offer vs other companies out there. They explained all the coverages since no one had ever done that for me. They made my experence the best is has ever been in regards to insurance. When I went into the office to pick up the ID cards they gave me a bunch of free stuff. I love free stuff. Thank you so very much. All of you are so wonderful.

Lisa Keith is a great agent! She takes care of my insurance needs on my home and 2 cars. I have to admit, being that I work in the insurance industry I can be very discerning and picky as a client, but Lisa always exceeds my expectations. She is always available when I need her and can count on her to confirm all of my inquiries and provide good solutions based on my needs. Her team is also very friendly and responsive when I call the office. I highly recommend both Lisa and her Agency.

Horrible experience– Failed to honor rate quote, requoted insurance and they failed to hold the requoted rate due to their acknowledged mistakes on both occasions.
LIsa Keith acknowledged she misquoted the insurance rate, however, i still had to pay or be cancelled and they only gave me a two days notice.
Communication with this office was unexcusable– 3 emails and 5 phone calls were ignored over a 3 week period.
Shop somewhere else!

Great price and service. I met Lisa Keith at a movie night in Point Loma that she sponsored. She was really nice so I went in for a quote and got the royal treatment. I saved about 10% on my current home owners and also found out I was under insured! She told me my neighbors were all insured for more than I was and when I asked around, she was right. Very professional and thorough review of my coverage. Very competitive on personal article coverage as well. I know she will have my back if I need her. Highly recommend!
