The Local Realty is a full service real estate company and owners of LocalRealtors.com. The San Diego Connection team is headed by CEO/Broker of Record Patrick A. Hale.
Patrick Hale is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Local Realty, Inc., a leading lifestyle real estate company providing resources to real estate professionals in order for them to compete in their local marketplace.
In 2005, Patrick founded San Diego Connection, a San Diego advertising and real estate company. Patrick was elected as the youngest Board of Director in history for the San Diego Association of REALTORS and was soon after appointed as the youngest Director in history for SANDICOR, the San Diego Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Patrick currently serves on the Board of Directors of SANDICOR and as technology is constantly changing the way professionals and consumers of real estate do business, Patrick continues to assist in building a pathway for the future of the real estate industry.

Patrick Hale is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Local Realty, Inc., a leading lifestyle real estate company providing resources to real estate professionals in order for them to compete in their local marketplace.
Patrick received his bachelor’s degree in City Planning from San Diego State University in San Diego, CA where he received the Outstanding Business Student of the Year Award and assisted in founding The Real Estate Society, a non-profit student organization at San Diego State University which exposes college students to all aspects of real estate and connects students with careers in the real estate industry.
Prior to founding The Local Realty, Patrick was a Real Estate Analyst for Grubb & Ellis, a Commercial Real Estate Company and a Development Analyst for Pierce Education Properties, a national Mixed-Use developer specializing in Student Housing.
