The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The employees were very rude. We won’t ever be back to the El Cajon Blvd. Mcdonalds

I’ve been here once or twice before, for a shake. Today was no different. I only showed up to this location because the location on University Ave.‘s shake maker was broken. I wanted a chocolate shake badly. I know the whole thing is pure sugar, but I still was craving this particular one. I ordered the medium size one. The woman taking my order was standard nice. However, as I handed over my money to pay. She was extremely pleasant in person. I always notice a friendly person, and it goes a long way for me. The shake was exactly what I wanted! This McDonald’s have two drive-throughs connected to one lane. This is especially efficient as you may have one person ordering at one speaker, while the other is empty. Good thinking on their part. The landscaping is nice and clean, which adds to my drive-through ordering experience. Thank you for a positive experience!

I would give them a zero but I can’t do that here. They forgot the condiments for my chicken nuggets. No ketchup for my friend as well. I came back for the condiments and they were giving me a hard time.

If I could give negative stars I would. This McDonalds should be shut down, pure garbage fleecing establishment. I will post a picture of my «Artisan» sandwich today, $ 5.61 sandwich that I would not feed my worst enemy.

Came in at noon to order a sausage biscuit. The offered only McMuffins. The fact is, after the breakfast rush they don’t want to be bothered to bake any more biscuits. I see I’m not the only person who’s had issues with this location serving breakfast later in the day. Avoid this location! They obviously don’t care about the customer here!

So I go to to this location today(9 pm). So I go ahead order my meal and the guy that was taking my order was rude ass hell!!! Once I pull up to the window he tells me the total(wish that was fine) then he gives me the drink and my food. Once I got home the food seem liked it was microwave. The meat was dry and the bun was horrible the lettuce and onion was outside the hamburger. The fries was hard and dry. If I could give this location a negative I would.

Came here today and was impressed by the customer service here. Everyone was extremely friendly. I rarely eat at McDonald’s but I had a good experience at this location.

This morning my girlfriend and I were so excited to indulge in a McDonalds breakfast. We went to the drive-thru of the McDs on Park. We got home and realized they totally screwed up our order. We went to the El Cajon McDs since it’s closer, and the manager, Jesus, made everything right. Not only did he refund me but he also gave me the original order. Excellent service by Jesus.

This place sucks! Just left a review about the one on Uinversity and thought this one was better, well surprise this one is worse. Employees act like they are doing you a favor and have some real attitude. I have worked retail so I try to always be polite and understanding. Head to in and out or Sonic, better food and customer service!

Decided to get a «Deluxe Breakfast» at 10:15am. I heard that McDonald’s was serving breakfast all day, not cutting it off at 10am. So I go in, wait a moment at the register and see a «deluxe breakfast» placed on the counter for the guy before me. I say«one deluxe breakfast please». She turns to her supervisor who says«no» and then rotates the menu sign to the burgers. The lady taking my order seemed a little perplexed but relayed the bad news. Going outside I could not help but notice the 50 ft. banner displayed over the top of the store which said«All Day Breakfast», see my picture. «Do or do not. They have 2 drive through windows, but they only take orders from one. I pulled up to the empty one and they just keep taking orders from the other one despite the fact I’ve been waiting longer

This place is the worst McD’s yet. See photos of the flies that landed on my table and food. I informed the management of this and she could careless.

I never eat fast food, but I decided to come to this McDonald’s, which is quickly turning out to be a horrible mistake. The worst Big Mac and breaded somethings(they were supposed to be chicken nuggets) I’ve ever seen. Seriously, just stick to another late night craving, like your hand.

To read my reviews, you’d think I’m not a fan of fast food… Au contraire. I am a self-admitted fast food junkie, a lover of many things greasy and/or fried. The problem is most chains just turn out crap on a regular basis(Don’t worry In ‘N Out, I’m not talking to you!) And now on to my latest fiasco. Oh McDonalds! Why did you do it to me? Brace yourself folks: squeaky hash browns. Normally I get my chicken nuggets, Big Mac, or their amazingly yummy fries and I’m a happy camper. They have excellent soft serve as well and I miss their frozen strawberry lemonade terribly. The chain is hurting for business big time these days(hmmm…), so I was stoked to see one of the changes they made to pull in more consumers was to start serving breakfast 24 hours. WooHOO! I headed down there around 3:30 and got a couple Sausage McMuffins and a couple hash browns. The Sausage McMuffins were ok; the muffins could’ve been toasted and the cheese melted, but I was happy enough with them. But oh my goodness gracious those hash browns. They must have had no problem serving them at 3:30 because I’m pretty sure they just left them in the fryer since breakfast. They were so dry and over fried that the potatoes in the middle actually started to disintegrate. Now I know some people would ask, «Well, what do you want for $ 1?» Um, food that isn’t so dry it literally squeaks in my teeth?

I’m growing old. Slowly. In this drive thru line. It’s been 15 minutes and we’re still not up to the window. There were only two cars in front of us. We seriously could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and have been served dinner by now. We are dying in this car in the drive thru… Please send food at water. I’m not sure we’ll make it to the window without using up all of our stored body fat, at this point…

I know it’s McDonalds and I shouldn’t expect great service, but today takes the cake. I called them at 12:22am and asked if they have Shamrock shakes. When they told me yes, I replied«great, I’m coming to get one right now!» Then I was promptly hung up on. So when I arrived and ordered my delicious Shamrock shake I was denied. They told me the shake machine shuts down at midnight. It would have been really nice to know that information before leaving my house after midnight. Bad form McManager

I come here for the $ 1 iced teas, and to fill up my Nintendo 3DS with Miis from the Nintendo Zone. I know, only 50% of that sentence makes sense to you. Service is always very friendly. This location does get quite a few homeless people coming in, but the staff treats them the same as any customer, which is nice to see.

I had a Big Mac attack. I bought a Big Mac and fries. McDonald’s was known for their fries. My fries were heat lamp fries. The should have been dumped. They were just plain awful. My Big Mac didn’t taste fresh either but that probably was because I was so ticked off with the lousy fries. My son when he was a toddler would call French fries«McDonalds» regardless of where we bought them.

They were advertising that they had Mario Kart and Beanie Baby happy meal toys… but when I pulled up he said they only have Hot Wheels and Barbies. I demanded an explanation of why they are advertising different toys than what is available and he just shrugged me off. This McDonalds sucks more ass than the prostitutes that go in here at night for the Dollar Menu.
