Miller Collision is the BOMB… they saved me $ 615+ !!! Our Lexus passenger mirror had been hit by a large moving box while driving on I-​5. The mirror had been hit so hard that it slammed shut and the mirror inside was no longer connected. I did not know the extent of the damage and took the car into three locations for estimates. Two shops simply looked at the mirror and sent me estimates of $ 615+ to replace the mirror housing. Jaron T. an estimator @ Miiller inspected the mirror and actually looked under the mirror to see what the problem was. He snapped the mirror right back into place and insisted on buffing out the scratches on the mirror housing. They did not charge me one red cent! Thank you Miller Collision for being an honest service!

Jason and the staff at Miller Collision are as good as they come. My VW Tiguan was rear ended, taken to another shop (I wont mention their name) near the scene of the accident. Got my car back after two weeks, and within a few days I noticed several issues. I called my insurance company to complain, they asked if I could take my car to Miller Collision, from the moment I arrived Jason was very professional and seemed to genuinely care about getting my car back to its pre-​accident state. I would definitely recommend Miller Collision, make sure to ask for Jason when you arrive!

I had a scratch on my car door that went through the paint. The other party was at fault and wanted to pay out of pocket so I went to many places to get the cheapest quote. This place saved him a lot of money even after having to repaint the entire panel. I forgot the man’s name that I talked to but he was very sweet, professional, and straight to the point. He was also able to give me a deal of getting my bumper fixed from a previous incident as well (I paid for it obviously). I was able to pick my car up in a couple of days and it looked brand new. Great customer service, no bullshit, and left with my car satisfied.

Wow! I recently had a tree branch fall on my car and it was repaired here through my insurance company. I didn’t even have a chance to choose to come here, but am glad it happened! They were extremely thorough, even called and asked us to send pictures so they could check for additional scratches, etc. When I got my car back it was cleaned inside and out, and the damaged area looked brand new (but without standing out). The entire car looked nice, I’m not sure if they buffed or waxed the outside too — but my 8 year old car looks ages younger!

I stopped here to get a few minor repairs done before I turned my leased car in at the dealer. Jason, the appraiser, gave me some good advise and had a minor repair corrected. He also took time to explain money saving tips to me.

I love Millers Collision. I actually went there awhile back to get my car repaired after 7 years worth of dings and dents and parking garage mishaps. It needed several things fixed, repaired and painted. I was paying out of pocket for the expenses so the owner was very gracious and cut me a break on a few things. They completed the job in a timely fashion and I was very happy to have my car back good as new. Well, in only a few short months someone hit my car while it was parked and was kind enough to leave a note. I chose to return with my business to Millers because I had been so happy the first time around. They were also honest, and didn’t try to overcharge for things, which is usually pretty common when you are a woman and dealing with any kind of car service business. I love the owner, he’s kind of a jokester and made the whole experience seedless. I would highly recommend them for any kind of repair needs you might have!

This business is small enough that it gave its full attention to me and the quality of the repair. There was no BS. Jason Miller, the owner promised to complete the repair in 10 days, but he finished sooner. He sent the estimates to the insurance company with photos. He walked me next door to rent a car. The car was ready to pick up when Jason promised, and it was fully detailed. The whole team cared that I was happy with the repairs.
I would return to this business, but not too soon, I hope ;)

I went through progressive claims center for the lifetime guarantee with their contracted repair shops and went to Lloyd’s in Santee, with their suggestion, what a mistake they took about a month then when I got my car what a disappointed person I was! The paint had waves, then my bumper was no longer aligned, then I went with Miller’s collision through a suggestion and reviews how amazing they are they did it better than the factory paint thank you can it looks better than before

sunshade just came in the mail today. along with a $ 50 gift card. thanks guys. greatly appreciated. :)

I recently had my BMW 328i checked into Millers for insurance covered body work on my front and rear passenger door. Everyone who loves their car fears body work because there’s always the chance that it will never look the same, despite all best efforts. Though I can’t even tell you how beautiful my car looked when I got it back, two days ahead of schedule, to boot! The paint job was impeccable. I couldn’t even tell the difference from the factory finish and the work they did. While my car was there I also had them do some elective work to my front bumper, which turned out perfect, as well. They gave me a fair price for it and it was worth every penny.
If you want a collision shop who will take care of you and obviously holds pride in their work, take your car to Miller’s. I’m truly impressed.

Miller Collision Services did outstanding work on my daughters 2014 Audi A4. Brought vehicle to two other facilities for estimates and they made me feel like I was bothering them. Jason and his staff was accommodating and efficient. They even surprised me because the repairs were completed days before the promise date. You can’t even tell that there was ever any damage. Miller Collision has earned my business for life. Great Job Guys!

Never in my live can I say I’ve been treated this good. I felt as if I was family. Everyone at Miller’s did an amazing job on my car. When I got my car back let me tell you it looked way better than before the accident. They always kept me up to date with the repair. They are so good my car was back in my driveway looking SEXY before the initial expected date.
I decently recommend Miller’s to envy one out here looking to get their car fixed.

Miller’s Collision Services gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had with ANY business. I took my car there to get fixed after it had been broken into which involved slicing open the top of my convertible. They not only did outstanding work but they went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone that I had contact with at the company was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend anyone that needs work done on their automobile to go Miller’s Collision Services!

I guess I am just piling on at this point but if anyone deserves a five star rating it would be these guys. My brand new 2014 Golf TDI was rear ended two weeks after I drove it off the lot. Checked out a couple of repair shops recommended by Geico but decided to use Miler Collision Services thanks to Unilocal.
What a great decision! Quality work, great communication and timely repair. So much so I decided to have these guys install some body kits after the damages were repaired.
You DO NOT have to go a repair shop that your insurance company recommends. Do your research and see what theses guys are all about. You won’t regret it.

I asked my car insurance, Progressive, for a list of the auto body shops in their network and chose Miller for his high ratings on Unilocal.It’s unusual for a mechanic to have such high ratings without a lot of fake reviews, but the reviews for Miller seemed genuine.
The repair process couldn’t have been smoother. Miller and the other employee behind his desk who gave me a ride home from the shop were professional and courteous. My car was fixed on time and looks great. The thorough interior and exterior cleaning on top of it was a nice touch.
Progressive should take note that doing business with Miller reflects very well on them. I was afraid that using a shop in their network would mean cutting corners to cut costs (some of the reviews on their service center seem to reflect this – likely from other sub-​par body shops), but was pleasantly surprised. I encourage other Progressive customers in the area to specifically request Miller for their repairs.

Miller Collision knows what good customer service means. I’ve used numerous body shops in San Diego (since my car seems to have a target on the back of it – I’ve been hit 7 times), and I can honestly say that this establishment is the best. Trustworthy, kind, and professional while going the extra mile. They went above and beyond what was necessary, and the guys wouldn’t even take a tip. That says something about the pride in their work. I will continue to highly recommend Miller Collision!

Miller Collision Services is the place to go if you want your car fixed thoroughly and quickly. They not only repaired the damage from a hit and run on my parked car, they also cleaned the exterior and interior of my car. And let’s just say, the interior was something even I procrastinated on cleaning. The friendly staff was a welcome surprise.
