I purchased a property with Noah about two years ago. The entire experience was excellent! I first got in touch with Noah about the possibility of finding a property for a vacation rental. He provided some advice regarding the process and started watching for a property that would be appropriate and that I could afford. Within a couple of months, he had found the perfect property for me! Not only did he help with all of the details for the purchasing, but he also helped me find a rental company and provided me with an inflatable mattress and pillows so that I could stay there for the first couple of nights after I bought the place but before I had furniture! Noah not only went above and beyond during the purchase and immediately afterwards, but has also stayed in touch since to see how well the property has been working out. I highly recommend Noah for anyone looking to purchase property in the Mission Beach area.

Well, we sold another house with Noah and, once again, it could not have been better. We received multiple offers over asking within a weekend. His insight and expertise are unmatched. But what I appreciate most is Noah’s honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, we cannot take Noah with us when we move out of state. There are not enough good things to say about him.

I have purchased two properties with Noah and will definitely work with him again in the future. He is knowledgeable in regards to the real estate process and especially in regards to local property knowledge which is vital. He is very professional, listens and understands exactly what it is that a person is looking for and takes the time to ensure that the person finds the home that is just right for him or her. He always has the best interest of the person he is working with in mind and does not rush to make a sale, but takes the time to carefully weigh the pros and cons of each property down to even the smallest detail; for example, walking time to a condo parking spot.
I have worked with other agents who as soon as they arrive/​enter a property will only be saying «isn’t that nice, isn’t that beautiful». I appreciate Noah pointing out all a property’s attributes from the big picture to the small details, so that the buyer can make a wise decision rather than an emotional one. Picking the right agent for a home purchase is very important and I am thankful to have worked with Noah. Noah helped us buy our second home on the bay. We had a difficult loan, and needed multiple time extensions from the seller. Noah helped quarterback the entire process from start to finish. He helped us negotiate a great offer, he worked with our lender to finalize any delays, and kept the sellers side as patient as possible. Noah is extremely honest, knowledgeable, and patient. He showed us multiple properties and never tried to push us. He gave us many pros and cons on each property that we would have overlooked ourselves. He was incredibly patient with us during our search and always answered all of our questions. If you are looking for a good real estate agent that you can trust call Noah!

Noah did a brilliant job. I used him for both a home purchase and home sale. His calm, well-​reasoned approach and knowledge of his field was both reassuring and paid great dividends! He negotiated a price that received no counter offer from a seller and during my home sale came up with a realtor to realtor addendum that added a 10,000 dollar cushion to the appraisal price to ensure I got max money. Excellent and easily accessible, I’d highly recommend Noah for all your real estate needs.

Noah Grassi is an all star real estate agent. He is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Noah helped keep the stress and worries at a bare minimum with useful advice and excellent communication. He was always ready to answer questions, and took the time to really help us through each stage of the process, from the search to closing escrow, and even beyond, with renovations and other house related issues. We could not have imagined having a better experience, and it was so pleasant that we are absolutely not considering using any other agent when acquiring properties in the future. I can’t say enough good things about Noah. When my husband and I started the process of looking for a house in San Diego it was seriously overwhelming but Noah made it very simple. We checked out a lot of different areas and narrowed it down to Pacific Beach where Noah had a ton of knowledge and expertise. I contacted Noah about the possibility of selling a rental property that my husband and I owned in Pacific Beach. From the moment we spoke I was extremely impressed with his market knowledge. He was already very familiar with our condo complex and comparable properties. I was debating about selling our condo or holding onto it and renting it for a year. Never once did I feel pressured from Noah to sell. He offered to assist with the management of the property at a very low rate if that was the direction I chose. In the end my husband and I decided that selling was the way to go.
Noah provided the most thorough listing presentation I have ever seen. The level of detail was remarkable. Noah took care of some of the costs of getting the property on the market and clearing it out. What realtor does this? I was also pleasantly surprised at the commission that Noah charges. He offered buyer’s agents more than he took to ensure that the property would be shown. What realtor does this???
Noah is an incredible communicator. He gives regular updates, even if there hasn’t been a change in status. When I contacted him he responds almost instantaneously, whether by phone, text or email. He gives great negotiating advice. He was really good at building a rapport with the buyer’s agent and with the buyer’s lender. Noah is all about trouble shooting. He proactively contacted the buyer’s lender to advise them of a potential issue relating to the property early on so that it could be addressed and not affect the closing.
This was the smoothest and most seamless real estate transaction that I have ever experienced and I have bought and sold numerous properties in 5 states over the course of the past 30 years. I was also a realtor for several years so I have high expectations. I am thrilled that we will be able to use Noah again to represent us as a buyer’s agent when we relocate back to CA in the near future.
I literally cannot rave enough about Noah. He is super smart, so good at what he does and so genuine. This is not always the case in the world of real estate. If you are a buyer or a seller in the greater San Diego area you would be crazy not to use him!!!

I used Noah to sell my house. I’ve known Noah since child hood, his Dad is a respected lawyer in San Francisco (as am I) and even though he and I aren’t personal friends, I knew he was a Realtor down here, and figured he would be a good choice.

I had a great experience with Noah Grassi when I bought my first condo. At first I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and Noah was very helpful and patient with me narrowing down my search providing assistance to me for over a couple years until I found the right home for me.
As I was not very familiar with the process, Noah was very helpful providing me assistance on obtaining my finance approval, working on ways to lower my credit score and finding me a place that suited my needs. He was very easy to get a hold for questions by email and phone any time I needed him which was extremely beneficial during a short sale where I was constantly nervous about what was going to happen next with the different required approvals.
Even after the process I have been able to contact Noah with different questions regarding my home and offices for my business. I have recommended Noah in the past and will continue to do so!

When I look for a property manager. I want someone that looks after my house like it is theirs, knows great & affordable maintenance main, selects great tenants, knows the local market & treats the tenants like family. Noah is all of this & more.
