Unlike the other reviewer i found packet technologies to be pretty efficient. They delivered to me some wireless equipment in days, for a great rate. Having initially delivered to the wrong suite i emailed them. Realizing it might be next door i went over and got it. By the time i got back they had actually already emailed me back. Now thats quick! So unless the equipment are lemons, Packet did a solid job

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The owner of this company has absolutely NO idea what customer service is all about. How about paying for support from them, having to purchase equipment to maintain that support through them, and then being charged to get service when the equipment you purchased through them doesn’t work… BRAND NEW. As he put in an email to me: «We would be out of business if we included support to customers at no cost. I don’t think most of our customers want us to be gone»…I beg to differ Mr. Owner of this company… I SO wish you were gone. Keep my 3 years of ‘support’ money, I’m going somewhere else.
