Description

Specialties

PMT will conduct an initial non-intrusive visual inspection of the home to determine if fungal contamination is present. Inspection involves identifying moisture and water intrusion problems — the leading causes of fungal contamination and mold growth. The inspection covers the interior and exterior areas of the house including the roof, plumbing, HVAC system and sprinklers. After completion of the inspection, the client receives a documented, pictorial 16 – 20 page report with a checklist and recommendations. The report will state if testing is recommended.

History

PMT ensures efficient and precise results and recommendations for mold and allergen inspections.

Meet the Business Owner

Ken O.

Business Owner

I am a native New Yorker who as a child dreamed of living in Southern California and exploring the sea life along the coast. My dream came true when I had the opportunity to study Food Science at Cal State Long Beach University. After completing my studies at Long Beach I earned my Bachelor of Science degree and worked for the Federal goverment National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration monitoring seafood safety for the public. My opportunity to move to San Diego came when I took a job with the State Food and Drug Administration monitoring food and drug safety for the public. While living in San Diego I met my wife.

I started Precision Mold Testing in 2002 to educate and assist the public in dealing with fungal issues with the goal of providing them with a solution and the best service possible. These days I devote my spare time to my two sons and working with visually impaired individuals. People who work with me appreciate my honesty, integrity and positive outlook.
