Over the years our business has evolved to include residential and commercial moves as well. We have always believed in treating our customers items as if they were our own.

what can I say Dan and Tom rock! they were quick and efficient, moved the items with care, and I was especially impressed how they covered corners with pads and shrink wrap all the furniture and fragile possessions. only caution is if you use a credit card it does cost $ 10 more an hour. I wasn’t aware of this pre move or indicated in my original quote. I paid cash regardless so it didn’t matter and receive the quote as offered. plus there are no extra fees such as gas which was nice. I would definitely hire reliable delivery again. thank you Dan and Tom!

On time, courteous, quick, and efficient! It was a real treat to have my china and breakables packed by them, as I’ve always had to do that myself. Daniel was patient and friendly when going over rates and services over the phone before the move. They were fantastic and I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Reliable delivery arrived exactly on time for my small project. I just needed them to take boxes from my garage to a storage unit and move some of my furniture from one room to another and from my patio to the garage. My moving needs were completed in 2 hours. No attempt by the two really nice (and strong!) guys to make this project last longer for more money. They were also nice enough to take my extra boxes (one less thing for me to worry about). Their help was one of the most effective and efficient services I’ve had in a long time. Outstanding! Will absolutely consider them in the future!

My recent move in La Jolla is the second time I have used Reliable Delivery, and their name says it all. They are the most professional, efficient delivery company that I have ever used. Their estimate of cost was right on, the employees came prepared and worked quickly to wrap the furniture, get it on the truck, and unload. I will never use anyone else, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional move at a very fair price.

Moving day is always hectic and stressful. Dan and his wonderful crew eased my stress immediately upon their prompt arrival. Growing up military, I’ve been through several moves. This by far was the most professional company. They took such great care of my items wrapping each and everything in blankets and plastic wrap. They unloaded each item where I asked and removed all trash. They protected my flooring on both ends. I would recommend Reliable Movers to anyone making a move.

Reliable Delivery was the most professional yet friendly moving company I have ever done business with. The owner, Daniel, not only personally returns your call and provides follow up but he also came to the job and did the dirty work right along with his employees. In my opinion that is why this company is a step above the rest. All the staff were extremely nice and professional and offered cheaper alternatives or tips before I could even ask the question. They even did some work that they could have created a line item for but did. NO nickle and dime with this crew.
Daniel and one other staff member moved my home 600 miles. He was timely and professional every step of the way and worked with my budget. A++++ for Reliable Delivery. I would recommend them over any other moving company hands down.

Reliable Delivery makes moving so easy. It can be such a stressful time, but Daniel and his team are so helpful and go out of their way to make moving a fun experience. They cover the corners of walls so that they don’t chip the paint and wrap the items you are storing so they stay fresh, clean and safe. The team is professional, friendly, personable and careful with moving items as if they were their own.
I can’t recommend them to enough people! I’ve used them multiple of times and they always remember me, my story and what we talked about last time. They are fast, work around your schedule and extremely timely. I will never use a different moving/​storage company!

First of all, these guys are fantastic through and through. I just had Reliable Delivery move me out of my loft downtown and they exceeded every expectation I had. Marlon and Gary were punctual and extremely professional. They treated my furniture and belongings as though they were their own. They were so fast and efficient in moving everything out. They even graciously took some furniture I wanted to donate to the donation center I planned on going to. It should also be noted that Richard, who runs this moving company was very quick to respond to all my questions and was the first one to send out a quote and agreement after I reached out to 5 different moving companies. In the future, I will ONLY use Reliable Delivery to move my belongings and will request for Marlon and Gary specifically!

I just finished a move from San Diego to Orange County with Reliable Movers earlier today, and I have to say they were wonderful. I wish I had taken photos to show you how well they wrapped my furniture to make sure nothing got scratched, and Daniel (the owner) even fixed an ottoman leg for me that was cracked (not from the move). I was a little overwhelmed trying to find a reasonably priced moving company and with movers that seemed kind and reliable, not to mention wouldn’t rip me off given the crazy traffic they’d potentially encounter on the I-​5 if they left SD at a bad traffic time, and honestly, these guys live right up to their company name. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat and appreciated their positive attitudes and genuine interest in being helpful. They are customer oriented, which was refreshing, and pricing was competitive to others I’d researched.

This is a long overdue review. We used Reliable Delivery pre and post-​deployment. Only used for moving NOT PACKING, as I prefer to pack my own boxes. Was VERY happy with the job the guys did, with the exception of one new guy dropping a night stand but not a big deal to me. He was very apologetic. These guys were great at communicating, on time and came prepared!

I’d give zero stars if I could! I used these guys awhile back when I had to do a double move and had to be out of my condo before my house was ready. I used Reliable Delivery to pack & move all of my stuff into a large storage unit. I was frustrated that they had left some of my stuff behind in the move and then they wouldn’t respond to my calls trying to catch them to come right back to help with the items they had forgotten.
The worst of it was when I moved from my storage into my house. I used a different moving company, as Reliable Delivery did not prove to be reliable at all. The new movers checked each box in my storage unit before they moved it, as they didn’t want to be responsible for items that may already be damaged from the first movers. What we found was astounding. The packers/​movers for Reliable Delivery did the worst job ever on packing. For example, I had a large expensive vase. How did these guys pack it? They literally threw one 12“x12″ piece of bubble wrap in the box and put the vase in. No other packing material to protect the vase! So you can imagine this didn’t fare well in the move. Most of my breakable items were packed this way and were shattered in the move. Much of my furniture was damaged and it was obvious with some items that they had known they had damaged it but tried to hide it in how they packed it my storage unit.
Another wonderful thing these guys did was in their labeling of boxes. While it might seem comical to a bystander, labeling many boxes as «Things» and «Stuff» and «Randomness» was less then helpful when I was trying to unpack and find things. I’m not sure if that makes them comedians or complete asses but either way, it was less than professional and I would never ever recommend these guys.
**UPDATE** The business has responded (see below) by saying I’m a competitor. I AM NOT A COMPETITOR! I moved last June and have the paperwork to back it up. I’m happy to dig it up and post the pics to prove I’m a valid customer. Great excuse though to try to get out of the responsibility of owning up to the HORRIBLE service I had.

We had no hesitation booking this company to move us again after the excellent effort they did for us nearly 4 years ago. This time we moved from the Hillcrest area to Solana Beach. The guys arrived on time on Tuesday, March 3rd at 8am ready to rock ‘n’ roll. It’s never easy moving bulky items through the narrow hallways and doorways of an old Spanish style house but these guys are extra careful and are great problem solvers when things get tricky. All in all they did a great job for the right price. Thanks again to Daniel, Seth, Marlon and Colby. See you next time.

Used Reliable Delivery again for my move last weekend. Just as great as I remember! The guys showed up right on time, and worked super quickly and efficiently. Of the 3 days a year that it rains in San Diego, my move just happened to fall on one of them. The guys were great and laid down mats
so that they wouldn’t get the carpets dirty. Highly recommend.
