always accused of stealing, and I’m always followed around the store by employees. not cool.

Overall 1.25. Located in the new TJ shopping center… let the annoyance continue… after an epic fail attempt at Vons to get all the gift cards I needed, I decided to get them at Rite Aid. On the plus side, they had variable load gc in stock so I was able to get AMEX $ 500 for $ 4.95 purchase fee. So why the 1 star rating? Because it’s a drug store coding, I only get 1 pt/$ 1 spent, ok that’s not their fault. That’s more a FYI for people who like to max out on their cc points. The 1 star is their epic fail for having workers. See my photos??? I swear I was in line for like 20 min… there was probably 15+ people AHEAD of me, with one cashier… and another 10+ behind me and she didn’t page the intercom to get another worker. When I finally got up there no apology for the wait. Look, if you know kids from the high school get out at a certain time for their lunch break or whatever, you need to have workers! So I’m already annoyed at Vons(see my review), come here, get even more annoyed with the long a$$ lines, and then icing on the friggin’ cake??? My credit card gets declined with a fraud alert cuz they aren’t used to $ 500 purchases at a drug store. If the line wasn’t so long, I would’ve just called and removed the fraud alert. But no way way was I gonna sit thru that line again. So I end up having to use another card which wasn’t the points I wanted LOL… I call my cc company afterwards and get everything fixed, but too little too late. #PrincessMoney did not maximize on the points Grrrrrr! Next time I’ll try Ralphs(grocery store coding for max points) and hope they don’t limit their purchases like Vons. At least Rite Aid doesn’t put a limit on how many cards/how much you can spend in a day. All right, I’ll round them up to 1.25. Cuz the long line/wait was an epic fail. I’ll end it with something good. It was a clean store.

Understaffed. Doesn’t have as many items as the other locations. Their photo service is broken for a while now and they say you can go to other location like I don’t know they are not the only Rite Aid. Very inconvenient. Two star is for new building only.

This is the only Rite Aid I go to now. It’s nice, big and clean. They also have frozen yogurts if you don’t want ice cream. It’s nice to have that option!

Overall, disorganized, not well run. I also think they overcharge prescription medications btw. Hagen closed down so they transferred my prescriptions to Rite Aid. When this store first opened, I was excited to have one close to my home, on the way from work. However, the store in the beginning was sparse and empty. Shelves empty. No mint chip ice cream. Fine but Trader Joes next door was all their things ready and was already running like a clock. Now it’s months later and still, had no mint ice cream. About the pharmacy, I stood there for 5 – 10 minutes waiting, with them looking at me but no acknowledgement. Finally, after taking out my prescription card, etc etc, they found my records. Sitting here, i noticed customer after customer having some kind of trouble. Yes, I can hear all since the waiting chairs are closer than the sign that says«to ensure privacy… Thank you». I really regret having to come here but perhaps the Late Hagen store will be bought out by another company.

I went to this Rite-Aid this evening and ended up purchasing a «Pint» of ice cream. When I was handed my «Pint» it was a pint container with two scoops of ice cream. I explained to the lady that it was not a full pint, she proceeded to argue with me and charge me for it. I will never return to this Rite-Aid again. Although it’s conveniently located the lack of care and customer service is awful.

Such a large and clean store. They have a great photo section(very small, one machine) where you can make copies from your phone or memory card. Right next to that is a frozen yogurt store! It’s self serve like some of our favorite places. I found the flavors aren’t quite as good, but when in Rome, try it out. They even have a topping bar with so many options. The aisles are large and the store is very bright and clean and have everything that Rite Aid has to offer. Tons of parking in the new center too and with Trader Joe’s next door, you can’t beat the location.

When you walk in here it’s so bright and pristine looking. Definitely looks clean in here. They have self serve frozen yogurt with lots of toppings to choose from along with the usual ice cream. They even have have pastries and coffee! There’s a few bar style seats to enjoy your treats. Overall, typical Rite Aid but looks fancy inside. I’ll be back for more frozen yogurt when I’m in the area.
