Description

Specialties

At Signs of San Diego I create panorama photography, pen & ink drawings, watercolors, custom frames, as well as woodworking, graphic design, and architectural drafting. Pretty much a one stop shop to cater to any of your artistic needs.

History

Established in 2011.

I began selling art at local coffee shops, then farmers markets and art walks, and eventually moved into a newly opened gallery space in August, 2013 in North Park. Weekend sales are still made at the popular farmers markets in Little Italy and Hillcrest.

Brandon H.

Business Owner

I have lived in San Diego my whole life, graduating from Point Loma High in 1999, getting my B.A. in Applied Design from SDSU in 2003, and my M. Arch from NewSchool of Architecture in 2009. I love to draw, paint, and woodwork. In the spring of 2011, I began a small business here called Signs of San Diego, where I sell panorama photography along with hand sketches and watercolors of well known landmarks at local farmers markets, art walks and my newly opened gallery in North Park. Since that time, I have produced over two hundred original art pieces, using both photography and pen & ink drawings.

Prior to 2011, I had been working part time at an architectural firm and enjoyed creating custom art pieces on the side, but now I have been given the chance to be an artist full time. I also love to travel all over the world and hope to get the chance to do so for the rest of my wife with my lovely wife, Nicole…
