It really saddens me that my local footy store can be so crappy. I try to support but it seems every time I go in there they turn their noses up at you. I wen the first time to find the Liverpool kit, and after waiting for close 15 minutes for service, which was totally understandable because there were two people working and only one other person in the store, i was finally seen to. The response«we don’t carry that kit» and then he turned and left. OK, well I can at least get some new boots while I’m here, another fifteen minutes wait and finally service, only to ask if they had the predators came in size and he disappeared to not return for another fifteen minutes. I want so much to like this place, but their crappy service has relegated me to buy online…

This place needs to be red carded for poor customer service. The first time I went in, I was completely ignored. I was looking for a referee’s wallet. There were 3 people working there and one customer, and I was still ignored. i spent about 10 minutes browsing the store, and still nobody said a word to me. I finally asked where the referee’s wallets were, and the guy responded by saying«we don;t have any». Then I just stared at him waiting for an explanation, and they guy said nothing. i asked when they were getting more in, and he said he didn’t know and wasn’t sure they would be carrying them anytime soon. WTF? This is an essential tool for a referee and they don’t know when they will get more in? So I came back a week later because I wanted to get a Chelsea jersey or a t-shirt. I got a t-shirt at a pretty fair price, but their jerseys were totally over-priced. Oh, and I was ignored on this second visit too. On a positive note, they have lots of good quality shoes, and a decent selection of football, sorry, soccer shirts. But the customer service is just abhorrent.

This place sucks. I received a pair of Nike turf shoes from the store that turned out to be a half size too small for me. I wore the shoes for ONE game on a turf field so thats how I found out about the ill fit. I had the receipt and the shoes looked damn near brand new but they refused to exchange them since the«white on the sides looked off» and there where a few turf pellets stuck in the Nike logo on the bottom. These are brand new shoes!!! I didn’t even want a return, I wanted an exchange so it’s not as if they are losing money. Really disappointed. I will never shop at this store again.

If you want to go to an EXPENSIVEANDUNFRIENDLYPLACE, look no more: SOCCERFANATIC is the place to go! ITS A HELLOFANEXPERIENCE. Btw: I went there once and thought to myself«hey maybe I’m getting ignored cause they are soooooo busy with the whole 2(who happened to be there together) customers in there. The second time I said to myself«I love soccer and I’m nearby» … But again ignored. Not just ignored but there was no intention on their behalf(the staff) to come by and ask me if I had any question or if I was looking for a certain size. The third time I went I was simply looking for a barca scarf(x-mas present) but once again the wave of unfriendliness knocked my x-mas spirit board upside down(ahhhhhh cheesy… I know). *really guys… Common, be friendly. It’s not that hard I promise. I wish I was the only one that thought the same way about this place(so everybody at Unilocal could tag me as ignorant or stupid for«hating» on this review) BUT I’m not. My brother and some of his buddies said the same … Thats when I said to myself… UnilocalIT!!!
