Starbucks

Honestly one of the greatest starbucks cafes out here. They make the drinks very well you’ll never be unsatisfied. The employees are also really nice and the inside is always clean ! I love it!!!

So… I tried to stop in just before an appointment this morning down the road. I happened to see a few of the employees park next to me and run inside. As I roll up to the door its locked. The employees appear to be inside still setting up. The sign on the door clearly says open at 6am Sundays. It’s 8am at the time I am standing out front. That’s 2 hours late for a store opening and that’s pretty unacceptable as far as employees not being there on time. I also was not acknowledged out front or even given a «we will be ready soon» speech. I’ve been to a few Starbucks before where the employees were late opening but customers waiting were at least given a time frame of when they will be ready. Needless to say, I left without a coffee and this store lost some business today.

I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes today for my coffee … I finally got my coffee and it was made complete wrong :(

Came here on Christmas Eve, not busy at all. The gentleman was kind helping me out but one thing that errked me was the girl (she was a young blonde) making the coffee. A customer asked her «is this mine?» And she gave her this «I don’t know «answer not caring. She could of just said «What did you order? And I’ll tell you (with a smile). «She was so rude. That’s why I give this location 3 stars. They need to work on their customer service.

Slowest starbucks in the area (at least in the mornings). Started ordering through the app so I could just drop by and pick up, won’t even have the order ready in the timeframe I get when I order! One time i had to wait for over 5 min. when I had place my order in advance. Isn’t the point to not wait for you coffee when you pre-​order? I only still order from them because is the closest to my morning commute. But I never stop by without pre-​ordering because if I do i know i’ll be stuck in there for a while.

This is the best Starbuck store in San Diego. They have the best customer service and coffee.
I would definitely bring all my friends to this place.

Came in to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte early this morning, 6 am, and they said they ran out. Huh?! How can you run out, if you just opened?!

This store should have 5 stars. Awesome people. Great customer service. They are always smiling. I feel always welcome when I come for this Starbucks store. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. I will see you guys later!

Good coffee and Internet.
Stopped in on a business trip and ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Coffee was the house of the day. Tasted great and fresh. The sandwich was not made on-​site and was warmed in a oven/​microwave. I was surprised that it was actually a pretty good sandwich. We stayed there for an hour so and the environment was relaxed and causal. I will stop in again if I have the chance.

Very dry. Attitudes from begging to end. Employe’s need to drink thief own coffee! As I ordered my frap boy had no manners very dry. As I waited frap were sloppy half whip cream just not feeling the Starbucks vibe. Rather go to vonz Starbucks !!!

Less than impressed with the baristas. They messed up my boyfriends bagel twice, didn’t call out our drinks the first time, and seemed irritated with us and the other guests waiting in line. It’s pretty hard for Starbucks to disappoint but I just wasn’t feeling this location.

Came here to study before the movies.
Busy and messy! but it didnt stop me from finishing my homeworks and test.

Really slow baristas. Hard to wait for an iced coffee, basic and no frills. It took almost 20 minutes. Get some more/​trained staff.

I live about 5 minutes away from this location but hardly go to this one. The last couple times I went I had great service from 2 guys (I think they were Asian) but that was about over a year ago. Recently my 2 visits have been bad. Maybe because I’m not a regular? But still, if that’s the case I shouldn’t be getting bad customer service. The guy with the curly hair kept walking away from me when I was ordering my 2 drinks and pastry so he could go get other things. Then he would come back to the register and just look at me and wouldn’t say anything for me to continue ordering. On top of that my bagel was burnt but it looked like he would give me a hard time if I were to say anything just by the fact that it seemed like he really didn’t give a shit.

This is a less noisy Starbucks even though there is a steady flow of customers. The workers are friendly and don’t rush you when you’re trying to decide. There is seating inside and out which is nice on those hot summer days. On clear days you can see Point Loma and the ocean. My drinks are always on point and for some nice unknown reason I always meet random people here. I come alone but always leave with a nice experience of a nice chat w/​a lovely stranger over our drinks. Today an awesome chick fr Spain. Friendly staff and even friendlier clientele. Cheers!

I like how they make the drinks but one time I wanted a starbucks and it said that it closed at 11 pm i got there and it was 10:43 and there was still a man and he locked the door and i tried opening it and he ignored me and at that moment another man came and he tried opening it too, i was mad there was still 17 minutes left i get if they clise 2 – 3 minutes before but 17

I’ve been coming here for years and honestly this review is long overdue. But I’ll be grading this establishment on three things: Service, Quality, Environment.
Service:
The service here is second to none, and I’m always greeted in a friendly manner. The staff handles all my drinks, even if my captain crunch is a pain in the rear to make/​remember (and trust me, some of these chains get real huffy when the order is a little complicated, but not these guys).
Quality:
Truthfully I’ve never been disappointed with a drink from this place. In fact, it’s the only reason why I refuse to go to other Starbucks, even if they are closer to my current whereabouts. My iced green tea latte is the best here.
Environment:
Everything is kept clean and tidy. The soft jazzy music and the calm area this place is settled in makes it my favorite starbucks to study at. While I do agree with some people that this people is in a random location, I have to say it also makes this place less noisy and crowded like other places.
Conclusion:
All in all, this place is my favorite Starbucks to go to, and I have yet to be persuaded otherwise.

The service at this Starbuxxx is always great. I come here whenever I stop by at my brother’s house in San Diego.
Trouble with this Starbuxxx is that it is tucked all the way all the way in the far end of the Palm Promenade. It’s not really great for people watching and that’s one of the cool things a café has to offer.
Worst of all it has few plugs for your laptop. If you don’t want to rely on your battery or if your battery is not fully charged or if it really doesn’t work then you just might not be able to take advantage of the free wifi here :(LAME!

This one is further from my house BUT it’s open the latest — probably due to the fact that it’s near an AMC, Wal-​Mart, Vons, etc.
Not much more to say… the times I have been though the service is friendly so yeah, that’s good.
