Starbucks

Usually love coming to this location but this morning the lady taking our order in the drive thru was rude and very short. She also messed up our order.

Love the coffee and one barista caught my eye she’s like super shy with acne (cute lol) go to spot on the early mornings:)

My friend and I were driving back home (from San Diego to San Bernardino) and had to stop by for a caffeine fix. Jon, our barista was really awsome! I was debating on what I wanted and he offered to mix it up for me and gave me a sweet deal! I thought that was pretty cool and nice and think people who go out of their way should be recognized. Too bad I live hours away otherwise I’d be a regular there. Thanks JON! :)

I almost always come here and I have to say that I always get the same amazing customer service! I am always nice to them because it always makes me happy to get my drink but i love this location as well as the palm and Saturn. Anyway, I just picked up my venti café mocha… Delicious! I know I’m crazy drinking all this coffee but can I blame Starbucks?

The baristas here are super nice and genuinely friendly.
Even when the staff are up to their knees in drink orders, they make it look easy, by keeping a positive attitude and handing you your drink with a smile.
Great job, guys and gals who work there!
And remember, be sure to tip your barista every now and again (;

Starbucks consistency.
I know I go to a lot of different Starbucks all the time, this particular location does not disappoint.
Five stars to the partners who are very friendly even though they don’t know my name. I guess I just have to come here more often.
It’s a drive through location, so remember the rule of thumb. More than four cars or so, it’s faster to go inside and pick up your order. If you have the Starbucks app, order ahead and pick it up. Saves tons if time.

I never ever complain, but it’s been like the 5^th fail, I ordered a venti chestnut praline latte and when I got home I noticed it super light and I checked it and it was only about half to 75% full, are you serious? I get it everywhere else and it doesn’t come like that, my sister in law is constantly getting disappointed also, last time I go there! Ps. It wasn’t even the drive thru, I would kind of understand if it was through drive thru and they’re rushed but I didn’t!

So excited when I saw that the chestnut praline latte was back… One of my favorite hot lattes. I ordered they the drive thru and it took an extra minute or two to make. Got home and was ready to enjoy it, and noticed it felt u little on the light side. I opened the lid was was so shocked to see that it was only ¾ full! I paid for a grande and probably received a tall… So dissatisfied with this! Really? I paid enough for this and really disappointed with this!

I honestly love this place. All the workers are very accommodating and friendly. I always get the green tea frapp w/​extra caramel no whipped cream and they always make it good. My best friends also like this place. :)

This particular Starbucks is the most convenient to my house, however ever since they lost a few great Baristas, their service is now lacking. My drinks always have to be made over because they forget the soy milk and often times it’s quicker to walk in then to drive thru. Staff appear to need additional training on beverages. A girl can only get so many free beverages before she feels the need to walk around the counter and make it herself smh! Please get it together guys!!!

This place receives no stars from me. Customer Service Today was awful. I pick up my Niece from school and I offered her a coffee (since she is a Satarbucks lover). We are ordering at the drive thru and I ask for the Reusable Plastic Cups, and the attendant or associate said «No we dont have none at this time». So I sad «ok». As I pay for our drinks I tried to pay with a $ 100 dllr bill and the attendant said he didnt have change. So I asked him «You dont have change for a $ 100dllr bill»? the attendant said «No». By this time we were amazed at what was going on. We paid, I parked my vehicle and asked my niece to go inside and check if they have the reusable cups. She came back to the car and was shocked that they had about 20 cups right next to the register. I gave her money to go back and buy the cups. And when She comes tells me that the same attendant at the drive thru sold her the cups. We leave this place teaching my Niece a valuable lesson in bad customer service. Never coming back.

there is a problem with this location, every single time i go there they are out of either multi grain bagle, lemonade once even cream cheese. it seems like they are always out of what ever it is i want.

I love this starbucks i love the staff! I come here almost everyday before work in the mornings and there’s usually a line on the drive through and they’re usually crazy busy, but somehow they keep their shit together and they’re nice and friendly to their customers and most importantly they get your order right. I dont know but ive been to different starbucks around the city even when they’re not busy they manage to screw up my order 2/​3s of the time. If you’re on a rush the least thing you need is to get bad coffee or a screwed up order. So thank you to everyone who works here and makes the magic happen.

I go to this Starbucks every weekend with my wife we go through the drive through. the line isn’t the fastest but its not horrible either. The girl at the window is always super friendly. I would give them five stars but the line and about every 10^th drink I get is wrong. But if I have to take it back they always make it right. Even though the line is long in drive through I prefer that than having to go inside.

Love that they have a drive thru but there is usually a wait. I really like their iced green tea, black tea lemonade, and my kids love their cake pops.

I went and visited this Starbucks this morning as I had just learned that it had been there all this time. dur dur dur.
Anyway, O-​MAZING. There was a 6 car line, and it flew by ridiculously fast. I got to the line at 8:35 am, ordered my 4 drinks, and was out by 8:48 am.
That’s the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a Starbucks… So quick, that it reminded me of that one night stand I once had. I almost feel like they just used me for a quickie. Oh but it was the best quickie I’ve ever had lemme tell ya. And yes, better than that one night stand.
The way that the coffee was so hot that I had to slurp it on my lips ever so softly.
And just how the liquid smoothed down my throat and worked it’s way down into my stomach. I could feel the warmth just sitting there moving about my body.
I couldn’t help myself. I just had to let out an exhale harder than Whitney Houston ever did in that movie.
Okay, now back to the Starbucks…

One of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been to. Everyone was really nice and efficient; watching them get the orders for drive-​thru was impressive! The temperature was normal which is a change because most of them are freezing. I was surprised it wasn’t busier considering the weather but it was nice to be able to get some work done.

This Starbucks always has a nice little crowd. It is is in a busy-​ish shopping center, but the staff always has it together and we have never waited long for a drink.
The Baristas are friendly, and our drinks are always how we like them! (Sometimes when we order a drink at other locations, it comes out weird, this Starbucks is on point!)
Fast Wifi and bonus for Nerds with Nintendo 3DS systems… you can get Streetpass check-​ins here and then go right next door to get a few more from Game Stop. :-)

Great service every time I go :) they aren’t super fast but theres always a line of customers so its understandable :)
They have a very convenient drive thru as well.
