How have I never heard of this service? This place is probably the most practical phone protection solution after full coverage insurance. I’ve dropped my iphone 6 plus like 8 times already… it still fells like hell when it drops but now I’m 97% sure it didn’t break…

If it were possible, I’d honestly give this place zero stars. Located right outside the apple store in UTC mall, went here to get a new iPhone 5 case and had to listen to the guy try to up sell me on 5 other products for an additional 15 minutes. Homeboy was pushy, but I needed to get a case ASAP. Long story short stay away and if you do end up buying something good luck getting your money back without the original box. Dudes a dick

Want to pay $ 25 for a screen protector with bubbles and extra cut-​outs? This is the place.
After seeing the crappy job the guy did I immediately asked for a refund. The guy rambled on about how the owner would be in with new stock the next day. I said OK, which was a big mistake.
One day comes and goes and I hear nothing. So I call them up and of course they don’t have any new stock. When I asked for a refund (for the second time) they suddenly got very rude and defensive.
I’m going to to what I should have done in the beginning and buy a screen protector directly from the source.

UTC mall outside Apple Store. Stay away. Scam warranty. Overpriced. Doesn’t really protect.
These guys are absolute mall rat jokers. When you buy this ridiculously overpriced sticker «protection» they tell you it’s unconditional lifetime warranty. They don’t bother to inform you they’ll charge you $ 10 in labor to re-​install the stuff.
That’s total crap.
Thanks but no thanks.
Oh and by the way, this stuff doesn’t really do anything to protect the phone. The corners are totally exposed.

We took 3 iphones to Tech Defense in the UTC Mall to have the protective screen covers applied. The guy took forever and did a very shabby job. On the way home in the car the protector started peeling off 2 of the 3 phones! We went back to the mall and the guy told us to apply some crazy glue to it. We had just spent nearly $ 300! We wrote letters of complaint to the VP of Sales and never even received a response. I was extremely disappointed in the shabby job and lousy customer service. Although it is a great idea, I would have to say save your money and don’t bother!

I was pleasantly surprised with their services after reading some of these reviews. I was hesitant but desperate. My phone was shattered, i use it for work often so had to get it replaced ASAP! Brandon was the one that helped me out and was very thorough. Overall, I was happy with everything! Got a cute wrap too! Really like it!

I had dropped my iPhone 4S about a month before I was in San Diego… the entire back panel was 100% shattered, and was being held together only by the phone case I had on it. (Tiny pieces of glass would fall out if I tried to take the cover off once I got it on.)
While in San Diego I stopped by to have my phone repaired at Tech Defense, and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they were able to fix my phone. It now looks the same as when I purchased it, and the entire process took maybe 15 minutes. They also placed a protective cover on my screen, which I love. Normally I’m not a huge fan of plastic screen covers because a lot of times they aren’t very responsive to touch, but this one is wonderful!
I would definitely use their services again in the future.

It’s not a bad product and the best part is the lifetime warranty that comes with it. The problem is they never have anything in stock to replace it. I keep getting told that they’re waiting on their shipment to arrive. This is a weekly thing. They could care less about the customer. You’re better off going elsewhere to avoid the stress of going back and forth. Number on the receipt goes to some guys cell also. Not a very well put together company. Buy a zag!

Purchased the protection for my Iphone. I was told my purchase would be warrantied. It soon came off … I went back and they told me I had to pay for replacements. They made jokes about how bad it looked. Basically, they lied to get me to buy their product, a product that isn’t worth the money you pay for it

I had tried self-​adhesive plastic screen protectors in the past, but found them to be lacking in many ways (formation of bubbles, presence of lint underneath the surface of the plastic, poor touch screen responsiveness). I gave Tech Defense a shot and was pleased with the outcome. They will apply a high-​quality protective screen to your device, ensure that it fits perfectly, and will guarantee the work. For about 20 $, I think this is a better solution than the DIY screens since the look and feel of the screens installed by Tech Defense is nicer. You will probably not know that there is a protective screen due to the seamless nature of the product.
