This Nail Salon prices are affordable, but I do have to say that I didn’t care for their services. After having gone there 3 different times to get my nails filled, and each time I would request a different nail tech. On my third visit I was so happy to have met Lee. She is awesome and the best! Very nice too! I always make sure to make an appointments so that I’m able to get in to see her.

I love coming here with my mom. Not only do the women provide wonderful technical skill, they are all sweethearts. Their prices are affordable and they don’t try to push extra treatments down your throat. I would happily recommend this salon to a friend

There are sooooo many nail salons in San Diego to choose from. Why pick one where the staff is rude and absolutely REFUSE to give the customers what they want? They are stealing money from their patrons. It is a horrible place. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff here is unreal… they don’t even smile when you walk in. The menu seems cheap enough…$ 15 for a gel polish change, $ 15 for pedicure. Only thing is, they keep adding costs. $ 5 to remove gel; $ 3 just to cut your nails. The ads-ones are endless. They’re really pushy until you finally agree to just pay for the full mani instead of a polish change. Furthermore, today, I asked for a «regular pedi», expecting to pay $ 15. They immediately led me to the massage chair and started. I further emphasized that I only wanted the regular pedicure and they nodded, acknowledging my request. The pedicure sucked… the lady barely even massaged my legs and didn’t work on my calluses at all. Then when I checked out, she charged me $ 20 for a spa pedicure. I explained that I expected to pay $ 15 and that the«spa pedicure» was not what I asked for. She yelled at me and told me I had to pay $ 20, there were no expections. Go across the street to the nail salon next to Barons!!! It’s much cleaner, they’re nicer, and they won’t steal your money!!!

I had never been to this nail salon and I am proud to say that I will never come here again… ever!!! The staff here are rude. I came here to have my gel nails removed. I managed to peel off the gel from 6 of my nails so only needed removal from 4 nails. The lady said it would cost $ 10 to have it removed without a manicure. I was a little surprised at the cost since I’ve never paid that much to remove a FULL set of gel! I said«that’s ok. I think I’ll just peel the rest off myself» The lady was so rude and waved her hand to me and yelled«ok do yourself then!» in front of all the other customers! WOW! How professional! Gladly walked out and went to a CLEAN salon, who charged me $ 5 for the service!

If I could give a ZERO star, I would. I was the first and only person in the salon, and I had never felt so rushed. My manicurist(Wendy?) did an awful job cleaning my nails. The paint job was also extremely sloppy. She then kept commenting on how dry my hands were(rude), after I explained twice that I rockclimb. She was also talking loudly to her coworkers the entire time in another language. This is just bad customer service. The salon itself is a no frills place(NOT a deal breaker for me), but the way the place/tools is kept seems so unsanitary. Go somewhere else!!!

They always do a great job on my eyebrows. I don’t even consider anywhere else. Also, the yelling has stopped when I walk in so that’s nice. I’ve actually started coming here for my gel manicures and polish changes.

I have been going to this place off and on for 10 years. The ladies are always nice and friendly. Sometimes the wait is long, but if you call ahead, they’ve always been honest with how long it’s going to be. Prices are reasonable and the place is very clean.

I don’t get pampered very often, but this place has earned a spot on my prenatal musts. Besides the fact that I can’t reach my toes or wear shoes during my last weeks of pregnancy, I have thoroughly enjoyed the level of service I’ve received here. I get the spa pedicure package #2 which includes callus removal, salt scrubs, cooling stuff and the pedi of course. Official menu deets in a pic I posted. They also have a la carte add ons like paraffin wax and additional massage time. All great things for pregnant lady feet and legs! My favorite is Tina — she is super sweet and attentive. But overall, these ladies put off a nice vibe with lots of laughter and smiles. My one gripe? The nail polish selection straight up sucks. If you’re picky about colors or polish brands, bring your own. Not ideal, I know but they will take good care of you otherwise. Remember to stash some cash for tip — it can’t be added on to your credit card slip! Don’t leave here feeling like a jerk. Lol

This is my go to spot now. I’ve been going to May for almost 4years, and every time I have had 110% service with her. Great work, and great prices! The ladies here are nice, and precise, and fast. They even stayed open a lil later a cpl times bc I was running behind at work which I am so grateful for. :)

I’ve been going here for about a year now and I am completely satisfied every time I leave. No matter how busy or what time of day the ladies here are always warm and welcoming! What I love most about this place is they allow walk-in, as this is most convenient for my inconsistent schedule. Besides that these ladies give the best pedicures in town hands down!!! I enjoy it so much I almost ALWAYS get an extra 10 minute foot message. I am 100% satisfied every single time I stop by for my pedicure and my fill or full set of acrylics. They take their time and pay attention to detail to ensure you are leaving happy and with beautiful nails! Check this place out and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

I would never go to this place again. I asked her not to trim my nails, only to file, as I wanted to leave them long(which I explicitly stated). She then proceeded to trim all my nails, and the shape is terrible. Multiple nails are uneven and she cut off the corners! Who wants that shape?! To top it all off, she tells us right as we go to pay that their machine is broken and can’t accept cards. No sign, no warning. Horrible experience.

I received a gift certificate for the best nail salon in town. Usually, I don’t go to a salon but do my nails myself at home. I decided to pay a little extra and have a pedi at the same time as my manicure. The day of my appointment, I arrived and met my manicurist. She was quite nice and professional. It was decided to give me the pedi first. This was a great experience! There is a chair which is very comfortable with a basin attached. The manicurist ran a basin full of warm water and let me soak my feet for a while so the nails would be easier to work on. While I was sitting there, she offered me a glass of wine. Of course, I accepted the offer. She did a great job on my feet and nails. I loved the color I picked for polish. Then, I was ready for my manicure. I asked for French tips which were easy to accomplish with my long nails. Of course, I had the same color as I picked for my toenails. This was an overall pleasant experience. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a professional mani or pedi.

ISo I am new to area and had been in search of a place for a couple months. Every where I went I did not care for or charged some ridiculous amount. After reading some reviews, yes Nancy and some of the ladies can be a bit rough around the edges personality wise. But they are actually very nice. I have had my nails done 3 times and have loved them. Not to mention the prices are very good. It’s not exactly fancy schmancy but overall I will go back to them.

Tried this place a few times and it just kept getting worse. The staff are annoying and pushy. My nails were never right. Some nails longer than the others, the shape were off too. They butchered my cuticles leaving cuts on almost every nail. They wouldn’t completely take off previous shellac color so my clear coat showed everything they missed that day. I had enough and went to a new salon right after leaving there and I’m never going back.

My sister and I got the mani pedi special, added extra 10 min massage and nail art. Aahh! We loved it. Check out the photo to see the nail art bling on our big toes. They even managed to prettify my daughters’ chewed off stubs into a cute nautical look. Would definitely go back! Only thing we missed was not having warmed towels.

Nancy upgraded the shop — great new chairs and new treatment options. I love these gals — been going there for years. May does the best shellack.

I come here all the time and they are always friendly and do a great job on my pedicure. In fact, my pedis last longer than all of my friends. The owner is quite a character and has always been good natured and fun with me. On several occasions they have shared fruit they were having while my nails were being done. I have never been over-charged here and I have been a patron for over 5 years. I took away one star, since I think the décor could use a freshen up but even with that, I’ll still be coming here for my pedis.

Prices are super cheap and have good customer service. If you want someone to get the job done, this is the place. This place is cheaper than the place I went to in Texas. However, don’t expect the product to be too effective. As long as it’s good for 2 weeks, I’m happy. I think I’ll be coming back here.

This place is horrible I just got my nails done on Wednesday and its now Sunday and my acrylics are already lifting! It hasn’t even been a week yet and they’ve chipped and need a fill because the lady did such a horrible job! Don’t go here! It’s also not the cleanest nail salon either it’s gross!
