This Valvoline always does an awesome job. I used to work at a VIOC in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and I really enjoyed the work because I felt I was helping and positively impacting people. It was one of the best stores in the district and overall was a fun job… and this particular VIOC in Scripps Ranch reminds me of that Rancho Cucamonga location I once worked at. I bring my car here every time for an oil change and like their coupons they send me via mail and e-​mail. I will continue to come to this location for my oil changes compared to other VIOCs closer by.

I have drived passed this place numerous times as I was dedicated to another oil change company, and since I have decided too can the other company, I thought I would give Vavoline a try. I drove up today they checked my lights, all my fluids, they were very informative and very polite. It took less then 15 min to be in and out. Glad I came as it was a great experience. P. S. They are literally 5 min from my house, this is my go too place for my oil! Very professional!

I like the fact that these guys leave the up selling to a minimum. When I say I’m ok with standard oil and not synthetic, they’re ok with that and leave me alone. Very efficient crew.

This has become my go-​to place for oil changes due to its proximity to my house. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve been greeted by very professional, honest, and personable employees who really know what they are doing! Never have I been told insistently that I «get this done, get that done,» etc. on my car despite service recommendations they pull up based on your car mileage.
As several people have mentioned below, a tip would be to use the Unilocal deals or other available coupons before getting an oil change here. My oil changes usually average about $ 35 to $ 37 for conventional oil with the discount, $ 45 without. I think that this is a fair price considering their excellent service and the fact that they seem to be generous with the discounts sometimes!

These guys are so helpful. They helped me with my car battery replacement. First they helped with all the diagnostic and then changing the battery even after their work hours.

I am a loyal customer, just had my oil changed and my service engine soon light was on to boot. The technician said he could hook up the Pathfinder and see what code came up, so we asked how much it would be… FREE!!! Always friendly technicians, thorough and that’s why I keep going back. Car is 16 years old and I will always trust this business to help me take care of my car.

Came in early today Sunday around 9:40am. They were extremely fast and friendly. Honestly he best oil change experience in the 6 years I have owned cars. They explained everything they were doing and didn’t try to rip me off. Definitely coming back !

The guys are really nice and they provided great service. They give your car a nice little inspection to make sure your car is safe to drive. It’s a little expensive but if you use the $ 5.00 off Unilocal coupon it helps a little.
Edit: these guys were nice but told me that my car had a «severe transmission leak and motor leak.» I took it to a mechanic that I trust and there is only a very small oil leak — nothing is «severe». I think these guys work off of commission. Not to happy about that! I don’t like when people give me bad info!

I was in and out in about 20 minutes. This place is very clean and convenient. The only downside was it’s a little pricey. $ 42 and some change for their basic oil change for a midsize SUV. Get their coupon to knock $ 5 off.

I just got a synthetic oil change for my Dodge Stealth at this location. The service is Amazing: so fast and professional. A maintenance check was also done at the same time. People are friendly. We bearly started a chat and I was told that the oil change was done.
My car drives well and it was very responsive after the oil change. Now, That’s how a good oil change should feel to me!
Speed, good service, friendly staff. That’s what this place is about. I will go back here for my next oil change again.

They’ve always taken care of me here. I love that I don’t have to get out of my car and that everything is quick. There are always Valvoline coupons floating around online or in the mail so keep an eye out for them. They’re always quick with their oil change. Their employees are also always very courteous and make sure to explain things thoroughly if I ever have any questions. I definitely recommend them for your oil change needs.

Came here with my dad to get his oil change and I was quite impressed with the fast and friendly service! We were in and out in NO time! Not only did Chris and Jeff did my father’s oil change but they checked on his car to make sure everything was running good! All the employees at this location are very helpful and friendly! They seem to love their job! This is the only place — actually only valvoline location that my dad goes to for his oil change, and now I will take my car in for a oil change in the future! Thanks so much for your awesome service!

I drive a 2006 Hyundai with over 90,000 miles. It was my first time here today and I had a 15 $ coupon for max full synthetic oil change. Great service. I think Alex was the guy who helped explain things to me. Super nice.
You sit in your car while they change your oil, tires, lights, top off all your fluilds. Coolant was 4 $ cause my car was running low. They added this cleaning additive to my car oil tank which was 20 $ because my car has been sluggish. Very quick, smooth, everything explained. They even offered cheaper options and told me pros and cons — like windshield wipers I wanted replaced. I went for cheaper ones based on their recommendations.
I will take my car here again. They didnt try to sell me stuff. You pay for the fast service and in my opinion it’s worth it.

You’ll get friendly, prompt and honest service here, and an oil and filter change in 15 minutes, with no appointment needed! You get to stay in your car, and the service technicians all work and talk to you on the spot. I think it was a little more than what my neighborhood auto shop would have charged, even with the $ 10 Unilocal coupon. That said, this is a convenient location right off the 15 freeway, and the guys are friendly and speedy. If I’m ever in a pinch for a quick oil change, I’ll be back.

I have never gotten an oil change that took longer than 15 min here. They really get you in and out which is perfect when you’re in a rush.
This place is right by my house and has been my go to spot for oil changes. Before I go I usually look up coupons online or save them from the mail so I can save a few bucks. I have gone both on weekdays and on weekends and have experienced it when it was packed and had to wait a while and when I was the only car there. Once you do get your turn the staff are very friendly, quick, and helpful. They do check everything in your car and give you recommendations on what you need to fix and they stop at that. They don’t keep pushing for you to change your trasmission fluid, they don’t nag you about your cabin filter, they don’t keep repeating themselves. That’s what I like about this place. I hate when I simply want an oil change and I feel pressured to do something else.

This place totally pleases the agoraphobic part of me. While a big part of me would rather just avoid going out in the world I must. Now, at least I don’t have to leave the comfy confines of my car to get my oil changed.
I actually didn’t know what to do and they walked me through it. I could not believe I never did a drive through oil change. It was awesome!
They did a great job, and were friendly. It was over before I knew it and I didn’t have to waste one moment in a weird waiting room making small talk with a stranger as uninterested in how my day is as I am in what they do for a living.
I played around on my phone and ipad while I waited making it as relaxing as it could be. All the while never having to get off of my rump.
Honestly once you try this you will not go back to the old way!

These guys are alright.
Con: $ 103 price for a simply oil change (full synthetic). I’m used to paying $ 50 — $ 60 elsewhere.
Pro: Super fast service. In and Out within 15 minutes. I’m used to waiting an hour at other same other places.
