Specialties
We bake fresh breads, rolls, cakes and pies from scratch, everyday except Sunday. We use organic wheat flour grown in Montana. We bake and sell from our one family owned (One owner) location next to Barnes & Noble and Jimbos.
There are no added oils or fats in our breads. There are NO preservatives, just honey, which is a natural preservative. There is no white sugar or corn syrup in our wheat breads, again just honey for delicious flavor.
History
Established in 1995.
Sandra’s passion was baking, and yes even bringing in some of her grandmothers recipes… like the lemon bars. Many bread favorites are customer suggestions, such as the Cinnamon Swirl and the chocolate challah.

Business Owner
Sandra lived in San Diego for many years and went to Point Loma High School. She has lived in the Carmel Valley area for the past 15 years. Her passion, besides baking delicious breads, is helping the young people that work for her. For many of her employees this is their first job. They are taught about responsibility, working with others and providing listening skills in working with customers, especially adults.
