Patricia Iqbal is a licensed esthetician and certified eyelash extension artist who has a passion for wellness and skincare. Her nurturing personality, professional skills and strong, business ethic have helped her become well respected in the aesthetics community. Patricia believes in educating her clients about their skin, the products they use, and how nutrition, environment and daily activities affect the overall appearance and health of their skin. Patricia places great importance on staying current and knowledgeable about the latest skincare products and methods in order to best serve her diverse clientele.

A big thank you to Patricia, for the most relaxing and enjoyable facial at Viva Radiance. The entire experience was heaven! The décor at Viva Radiance is beautiful, the gentle and nurturing hands of Patricia are soothing and the warm table I was lying on felt like I was floating on dreamy clouds. My skin had such a clean feeling and beautiful, healthy glow when I emerged. I noticed a huge improvement in my skin, with just one treatment! Ladies, we are worth it, to get pampered like this! I have been getting facials for about 6 years now, and my facial with Patricia was by far the best experience yet!
I appreciate the calm quiet environment at Viva Radiance from the moment I walked in. Patricia then spent time with me talking about my skin goal and what I am currently doing in my skin care routine. It was clear she wasn’t just going to give me a cookie cutter treatment, because she chose the appropriate products to use after we spoke.
The treatment itself was relaxing and rejuvenating. I appreciated her telling me to chat only if I felt like it, and that a nap was totally acceptable. That made me relax so much more. It felt like a long treatment, and the shoulder and arm/​hand massage was excellent. She cleaned up my brows for me, and gave me just what I needed, no over tweezing. The best part, by far the least painful waxing and extracting I have ever had done. Great technique!
I’m already booked to return, I cannot wait to see the long term results!

I had a facial with Patricia of Viva Radiance last week and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. There was soothing music on in the background and a heating pad underneath me on the table. Patricia has a soft touch and uses products that have a lovely, subtle scent.
I left my appointment feeling refreshed and totally relaxed. Several days later, my skin still feels wonderful and looks clear and bright. I’m excited for my next appointment and definitely plan on getting a facial before my wedding. I would absolutely recommend Patricia’s services to someone getting a facial for the first time or the hundredth.

Got my first facial here. Over an hour of pampering, with Ayur-​medic products for sensitive skin. Patricia has the perfect facialist’s touch: just firm enough. The facial itself was phenomenal — scrubs, masques, serums, *plus* an arm and hand massage. I walked out of Viva Radiance with the soft, dewy skin of a baby.

Pampering myself is not something I do very often. Facials are especially low on my priority list. However, since I wasn’t getting any younger, giving birth to two kids, and having a stressful schedule (as I’m sure we all do); I decided it was time. I received a facial from Patricia at Viva Radiance and it was awesome. I have had a couple of facials in the past and was less than impressed. Most of the facials I had gotten in the past just made my face feel greasy and icky, with no major results. When Patricia treated my face I left feeling younger, brighter, and relaxed. I was surprised that I actually felt and saw some results. I have moved facials higher on my priority list thanks to Patricia.

I spend a lot of time outdoors. Between that, being in my 30’s and my families fabulous genes… my skin is starting to show more age than I would like. So, I’ve decided to focus on my skin better.
Thanks to the great Unilocal reviews, I contacted Patricia and scheduled a facial. She was able to get me in within a week — great timing for me.
Wow — this experience was completely different than facials I’ve had in the past. Patricia impressed me right away by explaining exactly what we were going to do. She also offered to be as quiet or as chatty as I preferred — which I thought was a really nice touch (and I choose chatty). In between each process, instead of leaving me to wait — she massaged my arms and hands — maximizing the benefit of the time I was spending with her. Plus, her extractions were painless!
I’m very sensitive to the smells of lotions and products on my face. The products Patricia uses are from Ayer-​medic, with naturally active ingredients that improve my skin but they do not have that ‘all-​natural’ smell! I liked the products so much that I asked to buy them and she helped me choose the right ones for me (no hard sell at all).
I had a really great experience with Patricia which makes me eager to go back often and continue caring for my skin!

This was my first facial ever. I was highly recommended by a friend who is a loyal customer. I didn’t know what to expect and having extremely sensitive skin I was a little concerned, but having spoken to Patricia prior and discussing my sensitive skin issues I felt she was very knowledgeable.
The location is perfect, very cute, very clean and serene.
Patricia is awesome. Very professional. You can tell she cares about her clients and wants to give you the best experience possible.
The treatment was incredible. My skin felt amazing after and I experienced NO irritation or itching. Even today, 3 days after, it feels so soft and looks great. I plan on treating myself once a month from now on.
I highly recommend Patricia, you will not be disappointed.

Patricia was wonderful. I got lost on the way there and she was very willing to help me find my way over the phone. Even though I made it about 20 minutes late she was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. She was very informative and clear and helped me understand a lot I needed to know about my facial problems and needs. She answered every question I had and more. The facial itself was wonderful and relaxing and even though I was late I was not shorted on the time and I think was even given an extra 20 minutes or so. She was also very good at «following my lead» and by that I mean when I wanted to chat, ask questions, talk about my stress levels she answered my questions, asked her own and told her own stories… but when I was clearly relaxing and enjoying whichever part of the massage she knew to let me relax in peace. I highly reccomend her and will definitely be returning =)

Really pleased with the entire experience. I found the prices to be better than what I was used to paying (by 25%), yet the treatment was more thorough and LONGER than my other spa. I felt so relaxed during and after my facial that I booked a return visit for Botox. Again, I paid LESS than I was used to and loved the MD who instantly relaxed my frown lines. I have referred friends who agree that this is San Diego’s best facial and best value.

After 3 weeks of working straight, I decided I needed a day of pampering. Always having little and restricted times, Patricia worked with my schedule and made it happen for me; very detail oriented. An hour massage and another hour facial. It was wonderful and the people were incredibly kind. Not to mention, I’m not a huge facial person to begin with, but my skin felt «alive» when she was done! I loved the products (being natural and all). In addition, the massage was soooo relaxing! I highly suggest this place; great service and results!

If you love to be pampered and enjoy taking care of yourself, this is the place to go! I have ventured to many salons trying to find an esthetician who is CLEAN, affordable, and who makes me feel comfortable. I pay extreme attention to detail and I’m kind of a germ-​phobe. My first time there I got a facial and my eyebrows done. I was very pleased to notice she did not double dip when waxing, so that was a plus! (I know. I’m particular…) But what sold me was when I found myself lying on the treatment bed waking up to the sound of my snore! It was awesome! Go get a facial from Patricia at the Derma Lounge. I highly recommend her!!!

The Derma Lounge has a very relaxing and comfortable environment. I can honestly say that this was my first facial and what a treat it was! Patricia is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explains the process step-​by-​step and uses the products that are correct for your skin type. The entire treatment was rejuvenating and relaxing. I was not expecting what unfolded at The Derma lounge on an early Saturday morning, but to my surprise I was taken back by the environment that I walked into. As I entered the Salon, Patricia, the lovely esthetician walked forward and made me feel at ease at the process of choosing the procedure and having a customized service to match my skin type, and facial needs. I was extremely hesitant to walk in since I am a guy, but as soon as I sat down and the facial began, I never believed that I could relax and enjoy a procedure that took all the stress out of my week and relaxed me for the entire weekend. I would suggest anyone to try any procedures, which are surprisingly affordable and enjoyable and most importantly… effective. Two Thumbs Up, I highly recommend this… Guy or Girl.,

I visited «The Derma Lounge» just recently and absolutely loved my experience. The spa is very conveniently located and is very soothing to eyes as you walk in. Patricia (the owner of the place) is really good at what she does, i loved the arm and hand massage while the face mask was doing its magic. My skin felt so much better and happier the moment i left. I would definitely recommend «The Derma Lounge» to anyone who is seeking relaxation and quality experience. You will feel pampered and been taken care of. Plan a visit and relax !
