I met Yousef through a mutual friend in La Jolla. Growing up in Illinois, and spending most of my life in Texas, I thought I knew everything I needed to know about real estate. Yousef changed my mind. He helped me understanding the pricing of various types of houses and condos, potential re-​sale value, and explained to me what types of town are worth the investment. When I’m ready, Yousef is the man I will go to in order to make my dreams a reality!

In my personal opinion, most real estate agents are pretty worthless. Just trying to earn their commission without bringing any value. Yousef, has worked hard to become a credible, knowledgeable and honest real estate professional. He is not pushy and definitely looks out for his clients best interest. He finds the good deals. If you are looking to purchase a rental property or your own home, you cant go wrong with choosing Yousef to represent you.

Me and my family LOVE Yousef! He helped us by a condo in La Jolla and made the whole transaction go very smooth. He seemed to have answers for every question we asked, and if he did not, he found it out and got back to us. Whenever we called he answered our calls and if he did not, he got back to us right away. It was so nice to be able to get ahold of him all the time! He definitely stayed on top of things and if we ever plan to sell, he is the first person and the only person we are calling to get the job done. Thanks Yousef!
