C & S Towing and Auto Service

I had such a great experience (silver lining in the situation) with C&S Towing that I created a Unilocal account just to spread the word. I got a flat tire on my van during the morning rush on the way to drop off my son to day care and my daughter to school, so I was extra frustrated when I realized I was missing my spare tire as well! Luckily Cesar was super helpful and calmed me with his quick support in a tight situation. The driver was friendly and understood I needed to drop off my kids and get to work on top of now needing to deal with this flat tire. We dropped off my kids, dropped off the van at my usual tire spot, and I was at work a lot sooner than I expected.
Thank you to C&S for the professionalism and reliability. I definitely recommend you call them when you are in need.

Cesar came out to my car at 9 pm on Sunday night on time and very helpful. He was really careful and didn’t crack my window. I have an Audi and we thought it was impossible to open it. Dude came out and provided excellent honest service. Must go to in emergency.

I sprained my ankle while on vacation in SF and C & S Towing and Auto Service were suppose to drive me and my car from SF To LA for $ 750. We agreed on the price well in advance. About an hour before our trip, C & S wanted an extra $ 100 ($ 850 total) or they wouldn’t drive me and my car from SF to LA. Basically, C & S tried to extort me out of more money at the last minute when I was desperate for their help and needed their help the most. C & S are very greedy and lack business ethics and professionalism. Its basically like a surgeon asking a patient last minute for more money or they wouldn’t perform the living saving operation. I am truly disgusted at C & S. After C & S alleged extortion, I told them to F*** off and not contact me again. They started sending me threatening text messages and even used illegal means to trace my phone number and find out my address. I have filed a police report about this incident. Avoid C & S at all costs. They are scammers who only care about money and will screw the customer in the process.

I was surprise by this company services; from the time I call it was very warm to hear a person smile on the phone and take the worries for you !!! Cesar Chavez impress for his professionalism and knowledge but at the same time he was fun and in control of the situation. Thank again Cesar and good luck growing the services in another level !!!

Here’s my story:
Was in a collision on a rainy Friday in January in San Francisco. I THOUGHT my car was well enough to drive back to the east bay. Monday morning at 3:45am I’m getting ready to move my car for street sweeping before I go to work. Car starts up, i put it in to gear, get out of my parking spot and then… NOTHING. The Tie rods have been ****** from the accident. Had to call a tow truck at 4am to my house in OAKLAND. Called an unnamed tow company who called back 30 minutes later to say they had no one to come out. So i hop on Unilocal and call this place. Mind you, its 4:30am at this time. I’m supposed to be at work at 4:45am. Well the guy who answered was probably sleep, but he still answered and had a tow truck to my place by 6am. All the way from SAN FRANCISCO. He towed my car, across the bay bridge in bumper to bumper traffic to San Francisco to a place called AUTOLAB (see my review on them too). It was pretty expensive ($ 280) but considering the time I called, toll, gas, and the amount of work it took to get the car on & off the truck, it was about what I expected to pay.
Also they guy who drove the truck this day was extremely nice. Unfortunately, because of MY car troubles, he explained to me he was unable to take his daughters to school that morning. But, he was great the entire ride. No awkward silences (Until I accidentally fell asleep at the toll plaza lol).
My only con is that I was quoted $ 250 for the tow, but once he got there I was told it was $ 280 because of toll although I was told It was included in my quote. But hey, I still got great service.

I accidently locked my keys inside my car and I was in a rush to go to work. I called my insurance to see if they can get a service truck to unlock my car, but the insurance told me that they was going to be a hour wait. I could not wait since I have to go to work. I looked up to see if there are any lockout services and found C&S. I called right away and told them if they can get to my place ASAP. The guy told me he can be there in 15−20mins, but little did you know they got there way earlier than that. He got there and did the lock out right away. Outstanding, fast, and professional service.

Ceasar is the best ever tow service…
He was extremely careful with my car (even though it is 20 years old, he treated it as though it was a new car).
Also, he was willing to rescue me at the worst hour of Saturday morning (3:30 am) and make a relatively long tow delivery without complaint.
He’s a prince of a man and a prince of a tow service!

Cesar is the man! My car needed a new battery at 6am. I called him, he answered personally, and told me he’d take care of me. As soon as auto parts stores opened at 8am he got me a new battery, brought it to my garage and installed it, all for a great price.
Will definitely use him again in the future!

My starter failed on a cold night in SF and we were parked at a bus stop for hours! Caesar was responsive and very reasonable with his quotes over the phone. The driver came after an hour or so since it was a late night and they had 2 cars to tow ahead of me. Our car was taken to their lot and fixed within 2 business days.
I was hesitant to use this business since it looked new and there weren’t any reviews at the time. I took a risk but I’m so grateful that they towed the car quickly and got the job done.
