Currently, CheeseKake offers the classic flavor of cheesecake. Each cake spends about 3 hours with the baker, who makes sure each cheesecake is made to perfection using several steps in a process which larger cheesecake manufacturers skip.
Each cake comes to you in its natural and naked state, without cream or fruit toppings to cover up the singed and broken cake surfaces. Of course you must enjoy your cake how you wish! But its because CheeseKake doesn’t have anything to hide that we present our cheesecakes to you in its bare yet beautiful self.
History
Established in 2010.
Cliff Kuehn, the proprietor and head baker, has been a culinarily intense force in his own kitchen since college, honing his skills to produce unadulteratedly authentic dishes from Indian, Thai, and German cuisines.
Though never particularly interested in creating desserts or baking, Cliff did always have a keen interest in cheesecakes. As a child, this interest developed especially when his parents would make cheesecakes with dashes of rum, and then reasoned that he could not have any because there was alcohol in it. To have cheesecake then, Cliff had to take things into his own hands if he was going to get to have cheesecake as often as he wanted!
