I had an excellent experience with Raymond Ng at Copy Circle. I received a quote 20 minutes after I sent my email, and my poster was printed and ready for pickup the following day. The price was fair and the quality excellent. I will definitely be taking my work to Copy Circle from now on.

Love copy circle! They can do pretty much anything and have reasonable prices. Great quality printing, are flexible with your needs and very helpful.

I have used Copy Circle for years — Raymond is the BEST!!! I am always in need of something very fast, and he always makes the project look good while getting it back to me in the fastest possible time. Amazing staff and this place isn’t messy like other print shops. The employee went out of his way to show me the type of paper they have. This guy wanted to help me out and he wanted to let me know about the pricings. Printing is not expensive. I WILL BE BACK!

If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to Copy Circle. We came here for our Wedding project, and they were extremely easy to work with, patient, and willing to help us achieve the best result as possible.
We emailed back and forth with Ray to finalize everything and he made it so simple for us. Ray and Copy Circle’s customer service was above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the service, pricing, flexibility, professionalism. Thank you so much, you guys are the best!

I came here twice.
They have good customer service and is cheaper than kinkos where they charge for everything when you dont do it yourself. Here I asked to photocopy both sides of my drivers license on one page and they did it with no problem and no extra charge (i dont think).
The second time I came is to print something with my own paper. It came out great. The laser on my printer is apparently not hot enough so the ink rubs off from the paper, but their laser/​toner is hot and it prints very clear and doesnt rub off. You are able to open your email and open the file in the store (which im sure kinkos will charge for). Another extra star for accepting to print on my own paper. I went to dragon printing and they rejected me «i prefer you not bring your own paper ok bye». Wow. Here it’s $ 1 printing fee and .15 cents for 1 side black and white printing. 12 cents if you have more than 10 pages. They accept paper thats pretty thick.
$ 5 minimum for credit cards.
Will come here again for sure.

Raymond is awesome, really polite and helpful, my friend and I came in here to get graduation pamphlets printed and he ended up helping us so much that we came back and printed our graduation tickets and fake diplomas here too. He is really professional and prices are really good :-) he works with you and give you different options to meet your budget.

Been trying to support them as a small local business for the last 3 years. They never treat me as a valued customer no matter how much I spend in there. The prices are almost double everywhere else and they are just plain rude, uninterested and I am truly amazed that they are still in business… I gave it a good go…

I come here for the thermography printing. I am in Santa Rosa and they are the only Place nearby (well it’s an hours drive) who provides this service. I am a picky graphic designer who needs to meet the people I am working with. I appreciate personal service and professionals who know their craft. Raymond is such a man. My jobs are perfect every time. And when I spec PMS colors, it is always spot on! I will return and highly recommend!

We never wrote a review on Unilocal,but decided we definitely should write a review for Copy Circle and the super helpful Raymond. Copy circle printed all our wedding paper needs: Save-​the-​Dates, invitation, ceremony program, reception menu. Everything were printed and cut, according to our desired card size, perfectly and quickly. The turn-​around time was probably 2 days at most, but usually they were finished sooner than that. And the price was incredibly inexpensive compared to anything out there.
The best thing was Raymond. He’s incredibly nice, very professional, and super helpful (even while he was on vacation). My husband and I designed everything and brought some of the paper, but we also printed some of the work on linen paper available at Copy Circle. He gave us advice on whether our designs would print well and ran a few test prints to make sure we knew what we were getting at no extra charge. This was very helpful given that I was a bit undecided on some of the designs until Raymond did test prints so I’d see what they’d actually look like.
We are thankful for Copy Circle for making our printing needs the easiest and smoothest part of the wedding planning. We figured the best thing we can do (in addition to going back again for our future printing needs) is to put in a good word right here on Unilocal.We highly recommend Copy Circle!

The lady at the counter is very nice! Had to print and scan and bunch of stuff, fill them out, and email them. She let me do all of that right at the counter. Good prices for printing, the more you print, the cheaper the rates get!
5 buck card minimum, and 2 bucks minimum for any sort of printing.

Another 5 star review for Raymond and wedding invitations! I came here because of Unilocal,and my expectations were totally exceeded.
I had a wedding invite I wanted printed with thermography. After researching several other SF print locations, Copy Circle was the only one willing to do exactly what I wanted, at a reasonable cost. All the other print shops either had a wait, were expensive, or simply could not do custom thermography in a week.
The thermography quality was fantastic. We are so happy that I am returning to Raymond for my wedding menu and programs as well.

I’ve been going to Copy Circle for all of my printing needs since May this year. From funeral bulletins to business cards to fliers, they’ve done a lot for me in the last five months and I’ve been very pleased with their printing services and customer service. They even took my emailed orders and were able to create the end product on my timeline. I can’t imagine patronizing any other place in the neighborhood for my printing needs in the foreseeable future.

Local print shop that excels in service and speed! I placed an invitation order on Thursday and they executed by Friday. DONE!
Raymond, the owner, is super friendly and works with any kind of budget! I ended up having all my wedding printing services done by them.

I was designing the invitations for my sister’s wedding and I always like dealing with printers like these. I admit I have more professional knowledge with printing, but that’s perfect for me. I don’t need my hand held through the process but I need the specifics on the process to optimize the designing.
Fast turn around. The thermography printing (raised ink) is great. Pantone color matching. These guys never said no to any ideas I had an tackled it at a great price. I don’t think these guys are purely service oriented, but if you know what you need and just want someone competent and knowledgeable to help you finish a job, these guys are great. Hours are good too. Dealt with Raymond and he always remembered me. Gave me a lot of good info over the phone and in person when I was showing him my draft copies.
They even threw in extra copies (they have to print overages to ensure hitting your number) and I ended up with 30 extras! Bonus. I used the thermography printing, offset printing, cutting, creasing, and perforating. Everything came out flawlessly.
Going back there for the next project. They don’t quite seem very heavy on service but they were always easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

As a graphic designer I need a lot of things done at a quick print shop all the time. I was happy to find my neighborhood print shop is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely affordable. Enough for 5 stars. I am going to get a 11×17 card stock print done there, and I will do a review update on the quality.

Tired of the corporate chain copy stores with their plastic copy cards and impersonal service, when we needed to find a place to copy part of our DIY wedding invitations, we decided to go up the block to Copy Circle. Unlike so many businesses that triple or quadruple the price when they hear the word wedding, Raymond not only gave us a good rate, but he also turned around the order faster than we could have ever expected and offered to print all the cards using thermography – this fancy technique that raises the printed words on the page.
The day arrived for us to pick up our order only to discover that we had submitted the job with a typo! Copy Circle did the whole job again, for the same low price just as promptly and professionally as the first time!
Now that’s service! For all of our future copying needs we are going to return to Copy Circle and you should to. Stop being a corporate chain copy-​store laky. Support your local copy shop and bring your copy work to Raymond and the other good folks at Copy Circle. You wont be disappointed!

If it weren’t for the fact that Copy Circle doesn’t have a plotter — I would never go to Kinko’s again. Ever.
Raymond is the nicest, most helpful clerk I’ve encountered at a copy place. He remembers your name — he has things done when he says they’ll be done. He helps you to the car when you have too much to carry.
