Description

Specialties

History

Established in 2014.

Doc’s Lab is a subterranean performance venue located beneath Columbus Avenue between Jackson and Pacific. Built as a dancehall and saloon in 1911, the building has seen more than its fair share of history, including Barbary Coast era jazz, the legendary Purple Onion and the Colombo & Sons Accordion factory. Steeped in North Beach’s rich history in literature, culture and the arts, Doc’s Lab offers a unique experience complemented by artisan cocktails and Chef Justin Deering’s cuisine.
