Erika is now my go to girl for my brows. She has a great personality and is very thorough with helpful recommendations. I’ll be back!

When I moved to San Francisco 2.5 years ago, one of the first things I did was look for a place to get my eyebrows done. I am so thankful to have found Christina on here. I have been coming to her every 5 weeks or so and it is always a delight to not only get my eyebrows done, but also hang out with Christina. She is simply amazing. Not only is she incredible at what she does, she is so kind, hilarious, and down to earth. I have really high standards when it comes to eyebrows, and always notice them on others, and she makes my eyebrows look amazing every time. Best place to get your eyebrows done in SF by far.

Eyebrows Anonymous is one of my favorite gems I have found in the city, and hands down the most skilled eyebrow shaping I have encountered. Location and parking is easy and accessible.

This review is beyond overdue. 4 years ago I had to stop doing my own brows and came here on a referral, and I wasn’t disappointed.
This review could be 14 paragraphs, but here are my points:
1. She is fantastic to talk to (a real person!)
2. My eyebrows are perfection every time– waxed, tweezed and trimmed
3. I started getting eyelash perms here and haven’t stopped since, you must try this if you want your lashes curled without the daily effort.
4. Lash tint with no runoff dye
5. Great Facial
6. Great back treatment
7. No nonsense recommendations
8. Easy text confirmations and bookings
9. 1^st person to wax my lip and tell me how to not get breakouts after! And it works every time!
What more is there to say? Everyone I have referred to Christina has been just as happy as me :)

I have been seeing Erika for my troubled brows since April. Previously, I was plucking my own brows without much success (they looked uneven haha). With my wedding coming up I knew I had to do something better. I didn’t want to go back to Benefit, as they’re service is inconsistent and I’m sick of them always trying to up-​sell a ton of makeup afterwards. Just need my brows done people! So I scheduled an appointment with Erika and since April my brows have never looked better. Erika is great! Super friendly, professional and sweet. My eyebrows look consistently great, and I look forward to the appointments. Definitely recommend booking an appointment with Erika!

Still waiting for a call back from this place. Have called 3 times during business hours, different days and times, left a voicemail as well and have not heard back. Wanted to come here because of all the great reviews on Unilocal.Bummer

I’m so happy to say I can now go to one place to get all my waxing done. Christina still has my eyebrows looking great. I get compliments all the time! As for my Brazilians, Erika is the bomb! She is quick and thorough! She is also so sweet which makes me comfortable and not feel awkward. Thank you ladies for keeping me hairless and looking good!

Not that Christina needs it, but her mad shaping skills leaves me brows on fleek. She also puts up my changing appointments here and there. Don’t ever leave us, Christina!

My best friend had an eyebrow intervention and told me that I had over plucked. I spent over a month letting them grow in but couldn’t stand it any longer and decided I needed professional help moving forward. Even with the patchy mess I was, Christina was able to give my brows the structure they so desperately needed. She very clearly explained the do’s and don’ts of maintenance between visits. Fast forward to my brows filling in all the way — I actually get compliments on my brows which hasn’t happened in a long time. Christina was able to identify and execute the ideal brow for my face.
Bottom line, Christina is worth every f$%&ing cent. She is not so highly rated on Unilocal for nothing.

Christina is amazing. I have been coming to her since I moved here in January and have never had such a great waxing experience until now. She knows which shape of brows look best with my face and does a great job that lasts a few months.

Oh Christina, how i MISS you! I used to come religiously every month knowing you offered something so so special. Loving, attentive, care and genius, gorgeous waxing and tint. Then my life got crazy-​busy and i started dropping by the Benefit Brow bar in Berkeley over where I am most days.
OMG What a mess! Instead of your loving attention I got sloppy, hurried waxing and a bad tint. I tried three times in a row there and all it’s done is convince me I MUST make the trek into the city back to see you. Next month I’ll book with you and make it there no matter what. I’ll never go to another shoddy, mediocre chain again. No! It’s worth every inch of trouble to get to you.

Update: :-) It’s been a couple years since I started seeing Christina regularly. So now I can say she really is a consistently excellent waxer. She doesn’t overdo it, and she is frank and honest with advising you about how to go about grooming your brows. I used to be addicted to getting my brows shaped and am a recovering over plucker. Now I can say that after recovery, my brows look a lot healthier (read: less anemic) and they seem to frame my features better. I always feel better coming out of EA… Not just because I look more polished… But. Also because visiting with Christina at her chic establishment truly is a treat. She is spunky sweet and is super funny and makes you feel relaxed even though having hair ripped off your skin is no walk in the park. Come in and try it one day. Don’t be surprised if You find yourself making it a covert habit.

I’ve been going to Christina for over three years, so naturally I was thrilled when she opened her own place. Originally, I tweezed my brows myself, but after years of errors and frustration, I decided to have them done professionally and found Christina.
I wanted natural-​looking, full brows, and from the beginning Christina was a consummate professional. She asked what I use on my face, concerned that waxing might cause irritation. Also, I’m allergic to most adhesive, so we started with tweezing only, while Christina researched whether wax could cause an allergic reaction. Happily, it does not, so she waxed and tweezed my brows for a couple of years. Then I started using Retin-​A, so it’s back to tweezing only. I go every 8 weeks, and no longer have to worry about whether my brows look weird, uneven or unnatural.
Christina’s taught me that it’s not worth the crapshoot of going to any old shop for waxing/​tweezing. Do that, and you get any old result. If you want consistency and continuity in the appearance of your brows, don’t want to be concerned about «mistakes» in brow-​shaping that take months to correct, see Christina. She gets it.

Wow! Christina is super sweet and awesome! I’ve been to a lot of eyebrow waxers in the city, and she’s the best out here! She’s super friendly, stylish, and gets all the unwanted hairs. Most importantly… she TRIMS your brows! Ahhh yes, finally someone who does and does it right. I’ll definitely be back. She’s extremely booked for a reason… trust me it’s worth the wait :)

I seriously love Christina. I have seen her about 3 – 4 times for my eyebrows and she is very consistent at her work.
Before Christina, I went to those cheap eyebrow spots. They were always inconsistent and my eyebrows eventually became two different shapes… the horror. I decided to grow them out as much as possible and found a place with high ratings and a decent amount of reviews.
The first time I met with Christina, I told her that I wanted fuller eyebrows with less of an arch, and my eyebrows were two different shapes. She went with the eyebrow shape I liked and gave me advice on where I should not tweeze so my eyebrows will become fuller. She spent about 40 minutes with me. Not only is she great at eyebrows, but she is really funny and friendly.

Christina is great! I’ve come in a couple of times for eyelash tinting. Appointments are always pretty easy to book, she does a great job and prices are reasonable. I’m a natural blonde and my eyelashes are light brown so it makes a huge difference when they are tinted. Now if only it didn’t sting so badly, I would come more frequently! I think this is just the price you pay for beautiful dark lashes.

I went to Eyebrows Anonymous for the first time today. Found metered parking right in front… score! Christina was able to get me in despite her busy schedule. I was worried about it being painful since I haven’t had my eyebrows waxed in a while cause I’m trying to grow them back, but her wax and method was painless… kinda relaxing actually. She was easy-​going and genuine… very thorough and efficient. She trimmed and tweased any strays and my eyebrows looked great! She was very fast too. The process maybe took 15 minutes? She gave me a game plan to correct the «hook» arch that I got from a previous wax and showed me where ideally we’d like the growth to be.
She didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. I mentioned that I was interested in getting my lashes curled, but because I told her I was using latisse to help grow my lashes/​eyebrows, she advised me to wait so that I don’t waste money on the curl until I am at the «maintenance» process of growth. She is definitely my new go-​to eyebrow aficionado! Can’t wait to try out the ear candling thing next!

Wow. I would pay $ 30 just to go back and listen to Christina talk about the SF experience as a native. Oh, she also did a great job on my brows. I’m a complete and total spaz when it comes to my eyebrows and I’ve not let anyone touch them ever. I decided to try Christina because the thought ‘maybe my eyebrows can be even better’ took hold of me and wouldn’t let go. I actually woke up in the middle of the night the night before my appt in a cold sweat, worried I’d made a huge mistake and would have to resort to chola sharpie brows for a few weeks after the appt. But no, my brows look killer and I’m hugely impressed/​happy.

Christina is awesome! She has a great personality and good services that keep you feeling refreshed and beautiful. She’s also really fast at responding to inquiries and willing to be flexible if circumstances demand it. Talk about excellent customer service! She owns the place and works alone, by the way, so you’re guaranteed to get her.
Her facility is calm and clean. There’s a large room when you first enter that contains her desk by the front door where she does transactions. Further in there is seating where you can wait if she’s busy with another appointment, and a restroom. In the very back is a small room where she conducts all her services in total quiet and privacy. You get to lie down on a comfortable table covered with cloth and towels while she does what she’s best at. I’ve gone for eye brow waxes and have always been happy, especially with how she’s able to get my eyebrows symmetrical.
Overall, great service. I highly recommend this place for any beauty services you may need. You’re safe in Christina’s hands.

Christina is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for a little over a year and my brows have never looked better. She replies *super* fast in response to appointment inquiries and I haven’t had a problem yet.
