Established in 1991.
Jim’s experience is reinforced by numerous awards and distinctions since beginning his real estate career in 1991 with Zephyr. His approach is personal and grounded by corporate management experience with dynamic organizations, east coast roots and a history of diverse and challenging front-line Realtor experiences … including the intensely competitive 90’s dot.com market in SF and 10 years navigating a booming turned distressed market in San Diego — including foreclosures and short sales.
Navigating dynamically changing and sophisticated markets has seasoned Jim’s ability to identify sensible purchases for clients, position buyers to win, find creative alternatives for those priced out of the market and position sellers to achieve top dollar peace of mind.
Jim’s success has been rewarded by an expanding network of respecting peers and a solid base of happy and loyal clients. Recently, Jim was awarded an elite «Golden Z» award for his community service to end HIV/AIDS.

Jim was recruited to SF in the mid-80’s when his innovative work in developing and implementing client service standards for a large Boston based company caught the attention of dynamic SF companies. His entrepreneurial spirit is key to his successful practice as a Realtor/Client Advisor and in his efforts to give back to the community. Wether at work or play, Jim shows up, jumps in and makes it happen. Logging in thousands of miles on his bicycle, and raising more than $ 50,000 to fight HIV/AIDS, is just one example. Caring for the terminally ill — including care planning and estate management, is another eaxample of his compassionate approach and personal mission to use his own experience to better understand client needs and tailor effective plans. Having done the relocation drill a few times, Jim’s ability to guide clients relocating to/from San Francisco is practical, honest and comprehensive. Jim’s approach is personal, tailored and grounded in gratitude.
