Kevin was recommended to us by a good friend and we couldn’t have been happier with the help and advice he gave us while we were looking or our new home in San Francisco. He is an extremely good communicator and really listened to what we were looking for in a home. He kept that in mind first and foremost throughout our entire search process. We had limited time to find our new home and Kevin was able to schedule viewings of many properties that were either about to come on the market or where the Open House time did not work for us. We found him to be trustworthy, helpful and a genuinely nice person to deal with from start to finish.

Our interaction with Kevin was a unique one. We were actually working with a different Zephyr agent during our initial search. Kevin was referred to us by our other agent while he was headed out of town. I have to say we are glad we ended up with Kevin that week. He ended up meeting us last minute at a listing that just came on the market. We ended up liking it and putting in an offer the next day. Kevin is great. He was able to find a condo for our daughter in the tight San Francisco market. We live on the east coast so our time in SF was limited. Kevin took the time to show us around even on short notice. He follows up on everything you ask. Even after the sale he asks how the property turned out and if we are happy with our purchase. He is so professional. You won’t find a better realtor to help you with your purchase.

My wife Debbie and I worked with Kevin. Because of him we purchased a fantastic 2 bedroom condo in Pac Heights. We were very particular about what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. Kevin was extremely patient with us. He made himself available when we needed him and always went out of his way. He was especially adept at giving us just the right amount of advice and we trust him completely. We cannot say enough good things about him! This is the eighth home we have purchased and I am writing this review because he was the best agent we have ever worked with. An added bonus is that he got us in before prices rose so now instead of being out of the market, we have healthy equity. Too bad there is only one of him!

Kevin is an amazing realtor!
He is easy to work with, easy to talk to and always available (even on nights and weekends!). He really took the time to figure out and narrow down exactly what we were looking for in a home. He helped us find the perfect place for us!
Also, as first time home buyers, we really appreciated Kevin’s help walking us through the process, helping us with all the inspections/​disclosures and aiding us in figuring out all the paperwork.

Kevin was recommended to my wife and I by another realtor who was getting out of the realty line of work. We couldn’t have been happier!
Kevin was a bulldog when it came to finding us houses that we could look at and he kept narrowing our search based on what he learned that we like and what we didn’t like. He was always willing to show us houses on evenings as well as the normal weekend showings. He even got us in to places before they were officially on-​market.
When it came to making an offer, he was able to walk us through the process and was very organized the whole way. He told us TIC typically take a little longer to get approved but, I believe, partially because of his hard work, we were able to close very quickly.
He recommended several inspections that we wouldn’t have known about, which ended up saving us thousands of dollars. That is an irreplaceable service.
He also knew of very easy to work with mortgage brokers that walked us through that whole process.
All in all, I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone I knew (and I already have)!
