FREE mat class and Open House: FRIDAY JAN 25
mat class for all levels: 4 – 5, open house with cocktails: 5 – 7. All welcome!
We offer individualized private and semi-private Pilates and Gyrotonic® instruction. Sessions are tailored to the unique physical needs and goals of each client and may focus on fitness, injury rehabilitation and/or pre– and post-natal training.
Our private and semi-private sessions are a luxurious 70 minutes long, as opposed to the usual 55 minutes, for a deeper and more comprehensive workout.
Central to the work is the integration of mind and body, attention and effort. Through the development of physical awareness, we learn to move with more efficiency and grace while building strength and flexibility. We believe that a great workout is one that’s challenging, fun and educational. A smart body is a happy body!
