Description

Specialties

For 18 years I have provided effective and targeted psychotherapy services to adults, couples, children, teens and families. My areas of specialty include: Parenting and Co-Parenting, Relationships, Separation and Divorce, Child/Teen Depression and Anxiety, Child/Teen Behavioral Issues, ADHD, Family Communication, Stress Management, Life Transitions, Substance Abuse and Grief/Loss.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I frequently utilize play therapy, usually with children 12 and under, as well as expressive arts and music-based interventions.

History

Established in 2011.

I have been practicing for 18 years and have been licensed as an LMFT in California since 2005. For 14 years I dedicated my services to various non-profit and government agencies, working intensively with populations that include teen parents, children with severe behavioral issues and long-time substance abusers.

In 2011, I launched my private practice in San Francisco and I am truly honored for the opportunity to participate positively in the lives of my diverse clientele.
