Mr. Madden examined our problems with a damaged toilet flange, a bathroom faucet that flowed poorly, and a kitchen ceiling where the paint was cracking near the oven. He immediately determined their root causes but in lieu of estimating costs, he INSTRUCTED us how to repair all three issues and DID NOT CHARGE any payment. Apparently he felt we were capable of fixing them. How rare is that? He is someone who is experienced and extremely honest. Will definitely contact him on any future home concerns. By the way, we did provide monetary consideration for his sage advice.

He did stellar work for me on my lower unit — he executed a complex job with skill and alacrity, and his pricing was fair. Its been really tough to find someone honest, reliable and adept, and Robert is a pleasure to work with.
