I was really lucky to find Stefanie as my event planner. I had already gotten married in Paris and had planned a post wedding reception party earlier this November for approx 100 friends and family that could not make the Europe celebration. Stefanie has a very enthusiastic and positive attitude. She is very responsive, professional, and really makes the effort to reduce the stress that comes along with wedding planning (this being my 2^nd wedding party to plan, as if one wedding wasn’t enough! lol). She gives sound advice and I felt like she was truly watching out for me (i.e., helping me save money where I could). My friends and family even commented on how great their interactions were with Stefanie while setting up prior to the event. Overall, so glad she was on our wedding planning team! I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I photographed a wedding event that Stellify Events (Stefanie) organized last weekend. It was incredible! Stef was responsive, efficient, and really put together a stunningly beautiful event. She was consistently responsive and notified all the vendors of any relevant scheduling developments/​changes. She even picked up food for the vendors during the event, regularly checked in with the vendors if they needed water, food, or even a chair to sit down on.
Stef was definitely a privilege and joy to work with. She is a professional who looks out not only for her clients, but also all the vendors that she works with.
We are so thankful that we had an opportunity to work with such an organized, fun, and caring coordinator at such a wonderful event! Would highly recommend her to anyone planning a party, wedding, or any type of event! Looking forward to working with Stellify Events again!

My company Owl Vision LLC worked alongside Stellify Events on 11÷7÷15 at Firehouse 8 in San Francisco, and boy was it a pleasure. We were the lighting company for the event, and worked directly with Stefanie to coordinate all drop offs, pick ups, and technical venue information. She was also my point of contact for any of my questions for the bride and groom, and Stefanie did an amazing job relaying all information. She brightens the whole room with her presence and was a total breeze to work with. Looking forward to working with Stefanie again!

I photographed a wedding with Stef this past weekend, and it was wonderful. Stef was incredibly organized, helpful and a pleasure to work with. She constantly kept me in informed about the wedding and schedule throughout the day. She was kind and sweet and working with her felt like working with an old friend.
If I could do my own wedding over, I’d definitely hire Stef. Between her talent for wedding planning/​coordinating and wonderful personality, she’d be a huge asset as part a wedding vendor team.

I hope it means something that I am not a Groom writing this, but a vendor. I had the pleasure of working with Stefanie this last July at the Omni Hotel in San Francisco and really just wanted to thank her for making my job so much easier. A good coordinator is actually harder to come by than you think. Detail, precision, team-​work, and being thorough are just the start to her qualities. I very much appreciated her taking care of everything from my meal to making sure every person and item was in place. All I had to do was focus on my performance of being the Bride and Groom’s DJ and MC. Thank you Stefanie for being such an easy and awesome person to work with! :)

I am so thankful that my husband and I chose Stef as our wedding day of coordinator earlier this month at the De young museum. Our venue had a lot of restrictions, we had multiple vendors, and timing had to be impeccable with the tight window that we had for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in multiple locations in the museum. As we met and interviewed with a few other wedding planners and coordinators, we knew off the bat upon our initial call with Stef that she was the perfect match for us.
I consider myself organized, detail oriented, and my husband/​I knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding, but I can’t stress enough how helpful it was to have Stef by our side and she played a big part in allowing us to fully enjoy the wedding planning process as well as our special day without any worries. Stef not only impressed us from the very beginning during our first phone call but was there to assist us from that day forward all the way through to our wedding day. She goes above and beyond in making sure everything is perfect whether it is having a lint roller, mints, coordinating with the multiple vendors we had, and making sure the entire bridal party was looking spectacular for photos. She definitely made an impression on all of our bridal party members, family members, guests and vendors which already says a lot about her. :) She was always willing to share and provide us with tips, recommendations, cheerful personality, quick responses, kept us looped in along the way, kept us calm during the most stressful situations, and most importantly she made the process seamless because she truly cares and it shows in everything that she does.
Words cannot even express what a great decision we made and I highly recommend reaching out to her for your big day or upcoming event! Thank you Stef and team for your hard work and efforts to make our wedding day the most amazing ever!

I worked with Stef at a wedding labor day weekend. Upon meeting her I already knew this lady was a sweetheart. As a photographer, planners don’t really worry about us. They usually take care of their clients, as they should. Stef, however, not only was on top of things with her clients she was always asking me and my 2^nd shooter if we were OK and if we needed water or anything. I was very touched that she cared. It was something I wasn’t used to.
I hope to work with Stef again in the future. The wedding was excellently executed and Stef was on top of everything which I appreciate. Thank you for your hard work!

Stef did an amazing job coordinating our wedding! It was a Thursday wedding and we had to wait till the venue’s business hours were closed so the timeframe was tight on setting and organizing everything but it all came into place and we had an amazing night! Stefanie and I met through a mutual wedding client who brought her on to be their day of wedding coordinator. Once she came on board, I felt a huge sense of relief lifted off my shoulders. She has been nothing but helpful especially in rallying the bride, groom and family members when needed. She is organized, energetic, positive, perky, fun and most importantly transparent. She keeps the lines of communication open and this is especially important when working with a venue. I can’t wait to work with her again!

I am a weightlifting coach who needed a person with strong logistical skills to put together my seminars and workshops. I had no idea where to start and Stefanie was very patient and took the time to get to know my needs. She worked with my extremely hectic schedule to bring it all together for my «Build-​a-​Butt Experience». Stellify Events is amazing! Hands down the best decision in our wedding plans. At first my husband and I were a little skeptical about getting a wedding planner because of the cost and we thought planning wasn’t going to be too difficult on our own. Boy were we wrong. We only had about 6 months to plan our wedding and a wedding size of almost 500 people. We didn’t realize how much went in for a wedding. From day 1 Stefanie was so helpful and so professional. Whichever vendors we were missing, right away she gave us a couple of recommendations she thought were easy to work with and most importantly affordable. She always kept track of every little detail and she is so enthusiastic! I love her attitude and how approachable she is. There is no such thing as a dumb question for her. Even if it was a dumb question, she wouldn’t put you down. I love her encouragement and when she feels there’s a better way of doing something, she suggests in such a polite manner. She is truly devoted to making it the best event ever! She took her time to make a couple trips to meeting us and seeing the venue, and tying together any last minute problems. On the day of the wedding, it went very smoothly for a wedding that massive in size. Everything was as perfect as can be. We had so many guests tell us how beautiful everything came together, especially in such a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Stefanie as a wedding planner.

Where do I even begin… I’m going to sum things up since I don’t want my review to turn into a 10-​page essay. Stefanie is just an absolute phenomenal person that I had a pleasure of working with on our big day. I knew when I first came in contact with her just by email that she would be one of the coolest person I would encounter.
I didn’t have not one pinch of doubt about her and she played a huge part in my special day! I couldn’t imagine my wedding without her because things went smoothly and perfectly! Very thoughtful, sweet but made sure things are going the way it’s suppose to be. Executed every single plan we envisioned and she also helped me with things I hadn’t thought of. I appreciated the simple texts she’d send just to check on me.
She’s a natural and amazing at what she does! Oh and she’s pretty with her cute, stylish hair ;-) If you’re in doubt about getting a wedding coordinator, trust me, it was definitely worth it, especially working with Stefanie. It may be 5 stars on Unilocal but my experience deserved an entire galaxy of stars! My band entertained at a lovely wedding Stefanie coordinated recently. Her work was personable, flawless, and extremely thorough. Every detail stayed on schedule, and no loose ends were left untied. Stefanie was a breeze to work with~ especially when we only met the day of our clients wedding~ I don’t believe Stefanie was onboard from the beginning but was in full control and a pleasure for me to work with when Angela & Jonathan’s wedding day rolled around last March.

If there were one word to describe Stefanie, it would be AMAZING.
We had hired Stefanie as our wedding coordinator, and she truly did a phenomenal job. We were hesitant at first, thinking «do we really need one?» and boy, are we glad we hired her. It was the best decision we made. Without her help, our wedding day would have been chaotic and stressful. She created a detailed timeline and made sure everything was running smoothly. At the end of the night I ended up getting sick and she was by my side the whole time, making sure I was ok. Stefanie is truly the best, and we thank her for making our big day perfect!!!

My wedding day was so incredibly fun! It was incredible to feel the warmth and well-​wishes of friends and family around us. And it was just plain awesome to not have to worry about any of the details.
Stefanie did an amazing job coordinating all of our details to help our day run smoothly. My then-​fiancé-​now-​husband and I decided a day-​of-​coordinator would be our wedding gift to each other. That was a choice I’m so glad we made, and well worth every penny. Because of Stef’s flawless detail-​handling, we got to be guests at our wedding, and our guests got to just be guests too.
Stef’s professionalism and positive spirit made the weeks leading up to the wedding so much less harried. She helped us stay on top of things, gave us great recommendations for vendors, and very much felt like our cheerleader the whole time. On the day of, she and her team were a graceful, reliable force pulling countless details together so we didn’t have to worry about them. She did way more than I could have even thought to ask, and she did it really quickly. We met for the first time just a month before our wedding. Our wedding was untraditional, quirky, and festive. All of those things made it feel authentically «us,» but they also made many things more complicated, since there was so much less of a script to work from. I’m so impressed with how Stef handled each step along the way.

Stefanie coordinated a wedding that I photographed last month. Stefanie and her team were immensely impressive! I have photographed weddings for many years. Stefanie exceeded all of our expectations as our wedding day coordinator. She has a great positive attitude, is organized, and very detail oriented.
