I’ve spent the last several years focusing on, researching and understanding the unique issues that arise in the twenty-something years. My expertise in both psychotherapy and coaching allows me to help you move through the issues that face most twenty-somethings and start transforming your life.
The twenty-something years can be an overwhelming time, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. I specialize in working with twenty-somethings who need inspiration, support and guidance managing this exciting but overwhelming time of transition into «adulthood.» My goal is to help you figure out who you are, make decisions that you feel good about and develop a strong sense of self.

As a licensed therapist and trained coach, I bring together the best of two worlds: success coaching and therapy.
Most people either seek out a therapist to work on their deep seeded issues or hire a coach to help them decide on their goals.

1) I love to read trashy magazines
2) I love coffee and have to have a good cup of coffee every day (sometimes more)
3) I got a Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting & Film and worked in the «industry» for a while but left because it didn’t make me happy
4) I have been in love with Rick Springfield since the age of 11
5) I binge-watch TV shows to relax (just discovered «Broad City» on Comedy Central — check it out)
