I needed an air conditioning and heater unit installed in my office with permits and all the legal pizzazz. I had about five companies come down to give me quotes. Access gave the most affordable quote for the same installation solution and even offered different solutions for me to choose in case I wanted something even more affordable. The important thing here for me is they handled all the permits for me and set up inspections so I didn’t have to do it. I tried doing it myself but I kept getting a run around with what city hall really needed and these guys made it happen easy. They are also not pushy, speak in an overbearing way, and make you feel comfortable. My only suggestion is that you ask a lot of questions to make sure everyone understands what it is you want done and that if you can talk to Rod about it directly that’s the best thing to keep everything in order. Also they only take cash or check for this kind of job.
Great ac and they did a beautiful job covering all the wires and everything up so its inconspicuous and just melds into the wall. And francisco took the time to go over how to use it and give some pointers on other electrical items he discovered during his work.

I thought I had a leaking pipe on my air conditioner. Access Heating and Air tech came out, was very prompt and friendly. Happily he told me that it was not a leak, just condensation — huge relief!

We recently had Access Heating & Air Conditioning out to our home to install all new duct work. We bought our house 2 years ago, and with the summers in southern california, the air flow just wasn’t cutting it. Access came out to our house and worked within our budget to help our situation. Without installing an entire new unit, they recommended a more budget friendly approach with the installation of new duct work since our house still had all the original duct. Their installers were clean and efficient. We have noticed a huge improvement cooling the back of our house and can actually feel the air flowing out of the vents now. Its nice to not have to continue to run the A/​C constantly since the house as a whole cools faster now. I would definitely recommend their work. Thanks Access!
