My experience having my car towed by Dickson Motor Service was really terrific. The dispatcher who answered my call was very helpful and courteous and gave me a time estimate that was far shorter than the tow service recommended by AAA. The two truck arrived before the estimate, and the driver, Frank Quezada, was very helpful, polite, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend their tow service.

Car broke down on me last week and I always hate sitting around for a tow truck. Triple A gave me an ETA of about 45 minutes but tow came in 30! Love that! The driver Frank Quezada was extremely friendly and quick! Completely satisfied with service!

Had to have a car towed and our regular was on vacation for Memorial Day, so since Dickson was literally down the street from where we were picking up this car it just made sense. Frank met us at the lacation with a smile and was ready to go, NICE! Polite, curteous and helpful what more can you ask for! I use to live in Rosemead and have know of this company for years and I am glad they are still doing business. Will be calling on them again in the future, thank you Frank Quezada for a job done the right way!

Frank and Dickson Motors are great. They helped my parents with a tow — super professional, quick to arrive and (as it turns out) spot-​on with their diagnosis of the problem. I recommend them highly.

I needed to tow my vehicle to my mechanic and Frank Quezada showed up. He is very nice, friendly and respectful. He recommended some certified auto repair shops but I have a mechanic that I have used for a long time. He was very prompt and notified me when my vehicle was delivered. Thank you Frank. My car broke down on the street and I had Frank Quzada to tow my car to the dealership. He showed up on time and very friendly. He explained what is going wrong on my car. And he was very fast to load my car on the truck and got on the way. Thumbs up!

Getting to work just to see that my tire was popped if you been there you know what I mean messes up your day so I called the tow truck at Dicksons and they send over frank quezada and oh man he didn’t just help me out with car which he did very professional also he light up my day as well very talkative and also in a good mood no matter what other crazy driver had to say or all the honking like animals I wish I could put more stars.

I never thought I would take the time to right a review for a tow service… Bottom line is Frank the driver that helped my wife and I tonight was one of the most polite people we have encountered in a long time. Our car simply stopped running on Rosemead Blvd. I called AAA as most of us do and what is a miserable situation turned so positive when Frank showed up. He was full of positive energy, made us comfortable, put us in his cab and took care of everything. It made me think that the world would be so much better if more people like Frank were around…

Amazing 35 for oil change but it is really worth it ! Really honest man I think his name is Justin was able to help me! He explained everything very detailed man and he took care of everything really quick I am extremely happy and would totally come back and refer people to them amazing job keep up the good work guys !!!

I read through some of the negative reviews here… I guess the experience really depends on which technician you get coming out. I got Jose. He arrived in ten minutes since my call to AAA. He was courteous and answered all my questions and I would be happy to have him servicing my car again.

I had a horrible experience with AAA and this towing company but I’m satisfied with the way they both handled my complaint… I guess.
I was with my girlfriend and her son. Her battery failed so we called AAA. They sent a mechanic from Dickson Motor Service. The guy was friendly and professional enough. I thought it was a little odd that he exposed us all to his cigarette smoke but whatever. A couple hours later my girlfriend noticed a missed call on her phone. She returned the call and it turned out to be the mechanic. He asked her if she thought I would mind if she went on an ocean cruise with him. She tends to beat around the bush. She told him, «He lives with me». (I know. Right? So much for clarity.)
Anyway…
A couple hours later, at 12:25 am he sent her a text message. «I wanted to know if you would send me a Pick of what you have on right now please Cuz if it look anything like what you had on tonight earlier those shorts look very sexy»
I guess I have many questions but one is: How is a woman with a dead battery, a boyfriend and a son a good candidate for sexting?

I was just called by an employee from Dickson Motor Service, he demanded I remove the photo on Unilocal of my Ducati which was dropped off the back of their truck.
I responded «no, I don’t think I will but thanks for asking».
This is because of the fact that I was for the most part ignored by Dickson Motor Service for two months following the incident and then was treated with complete disdain by the woman who owns Dickson when I politely asked in person what the next steps were. I was told I would be refunded my initial tow for the damage done to my bike in addition to my insurance claim and that never happened. I was told that if I got a quote they’d make out a check and we could all go on with our lives and that never happened.
The gentlemen’s response:
«Well we’ll just have [the photo] removed»
That’s Dickson’s response to the damage, the disdain, the broken promises. They don’t feel remorse, I’ve never once gotten an apology or a refund. Even in a situation where just a little bit of customer service would’ve gone a LONG way to getting us past this whole thing.
My statement stands, this company is AWFUL.
