AAA Furnace and AC have been wonderful to work with. From initial contact and quote by Dave, followed by the install team led by Andreas, and the AC technician Jeremy they did an excellent job. I thank them all sincerely for the integrity and professsionalism every step of the way
I had a new AC installed and replacement of all very old ducting underneath the house. They went above and beyond and also sealed return air in the ceiling, did pressure tests pulled permits, etc. They even installed a NEST thermostat for me. They were courteous, careful and efficient– with an excellent work ethic.
I highly recommend this company and will use them going forward for maintenance.

I’ve been using AAA Furnace for almost 10 years. I’ve only experienced great service from the team of guys and gals they have working. Today I want to give a great big shout out to Jeremy and Brian for their amazing professionalism. Very grateful for how meticulous they were at keeping my home clean while they worked. I felt Jeremy was very knowledgable and thorough in finding a solution to the problems I was experiencing with my HVAC systems.

Great service and awesome people to help your AC dreams come true. Mr. Jim came to see us at night, so we would all be at home, and explained all possibilities. Estimate was ready fast .One week after we approved the quote we were happy and done with the service. The workers were on time, had done a neat job and even the city inspector was impressed by their attention to details. We replaced the furnace, installed a new AC (Yay!!) and ducts. Will recommend to anybody willing to enjoy cool days ahead!

After a number of attempts, I was able to finally schedule a visit for an estimate regarding a new furnace and central AC. About a week later and 30 minutes ahead of the visit they called and made an attempt to reschedule and delay the visit by 2 – 4 hours. The AAA person did not show any flexibility to offer another time which would fit me and my work schedule better. I was therefore forced to cancel the entire visit. I do not recommend this company.

My service rep was Jeremy G. and he was Awesome! My appointment was to figure out what the issue was with our air conditioning unit and furnace. Jeremy contacted me in advance of arriving at our home to let me know he was on his way. Within minutes of arriving he had looked at our unit and figured out the problem, explained and showed me what caused the problem. He offered very sound recommendations and steps to remedy the situation. It wasn’t hard to figure out that he was very experienced and very good at what he does.
So I needed a follow up appointment to perform the work since the work that needed to be done was fairly extensive. Jeremy without even asking called his office and somehow was able to book a follow up appointment the next day. Not sure how he managed to do so as appointments were hard to come by but it was VERY much appreciated.
As mentioned our air conditioning unit was not working at all so we had to have a follow up appointment and have our AC serviced by AAA Furnace & Air Conditioning. All I have to say is how incredibly impressed I was with this team. These guys were just AWESOME!!! My wife and I were just amazed as to how Jeremy G., Brian L., Brian S., and Nate performed as a team. They were all very courteous and professional and explained the work that was being performed keeping us informed. They came prepared with the BIG tools (vacuum truck) as well as the not so big tools. They really worked as one unit with Jeremy G. running point.
I know that for any future service that this is the team and company I could depend to get the job done. I would definitely recommend this company, they are a class act!

Have been a customer over 20 years. Have had minor issues which were corrected on a timely basis. Most recent work was a cleaning of my system. It had not been cleaned in years and really needed it. Brian and Marcos showed up on time and spent about 5 hours on the job. They put down material to catch any dirt coming out that was not picked up by the machines.
Any issue that they thought might be a problem, they discussed with me. One of the ceiling grates had paint all around it and prior to taking it off they told me that the paint would come off with it. I told they to take it off as I had paint to match. They finished the job and the house was clean. Would certainly use them again.

First call: Polite, knowledgeable, and available to come over and service my AC unit in a timely fashion.
Second call: They let me know they were on the way, and arrived when they said they would.
Appointment: I am not easily impressed by service industry workers. The person they sent was courteous, knowledgeable about his job, and efficient.

The woman that answers the phone sounds annoyed and will not go out of her way to look up customer history. She wouldn’t even listen to what we went thru as part of their service call. Shut me up quick. No further service. what a customer service!
Odd, how once the service is made they no longer know you. My request was to find the service call with the address was quickly shut down saying no such address. I do have the papers thou’.

Great company! Our technician took care of us and was professional and friendly. I could not be more impressed with their service and was completely satisfied with the work. The technician cleaned up after his work, spent time explaining things to us. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends needing service work. They were reliable and so helpful! We have used AAA for many years for furnace and a/​c installation and maintenance. They are always prompt, professional and give excellent service. Brian Schultz has be the technician that performed maintenance on both furnace and a/​c units for the past two years with outstanding results. The units run like they are brand new. His helpful suggestions are also much appreciated.

My second review for this business. The hits just keep on coming! We got on estimate for a water heater replacement on the last visit for a comprehensive duct clean out and comprehensive diagnosis of heating and A/​C systems.
Yesterday, Del and Julian came by right on time in the morning and took just around 2 hours to install our new water heater. They had prepared us for longer since several code updates had to be met, but they got on with the job in their usual professional and courteous manner. They installed the new water heater over a newly required drain pan and secured the unit with 2 sturdy earthquake straps and even some extra bracing rods at the top. They installed a new gas supply valve and plumbed in two new drains for water flush and the new drain pan outlet.
As a surprise, they knocked some money off the estimated price since they discovered that our installation already had an «above tank air vent» so a new vent did not need to be cut into the heater cabinet door after all.
Summary, job done in less time than scheduled, cheaper than estimated, all code requirements met!
Once again, we are completely satisfied with the results of dealing with this company!

These guys are great! Contacted AAA Furnace as a result of my furnace going out. My system is old and I was worried that the entire thing would need to be replaced… To my surprise, it was a small problem with a very minimal cost to fix.
The service rep, Jeremy, showed up on time and could not have been more helpful. He did not try to up-​sell me – and even took the time to complete a safety inspection on the water heater and dryer vent! I’m so glad I found these guys and will surely use them for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

My Deluxe Blend Air II system was blinking so I needed to get it fixed. If you have one of these systems make sure the guys that come out know what they are. AAA Furnace & Air Conditioning had fixed them before. The techs were on time and it took them no time to diagnose the problem. The motor needed to be replaced as well as a circuit board and something else. I almost passed out when I was told it will cost $ 829.00 to repair it. The job was done in a hour and the system works great. The techs were very professional and I would have given them 5 stars but the price for the fix was expensive.

I called AAA Furnace and A/​C when the heat in my newly purchased house wasn’t working. I was nervous that it would be a huge bill but David Martinez came out and replaced the HSI for a very reasonable amount. While David was here he gave me more background on how the heating and air conditioning was set up in the house and he triple checked to make sure everything worked well. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again for future work.

Eddie, from AAA Furnace came out to install a gas valve. Eddie was extremely courteous and professional. He replaced the part in a timely manner. He also showed me a crack on the plastic inducer case and told me it needs to be replaced soon. There was no high pressure sale from him. If, I ever need further furnace or A/​C service, I will contact them.
I highly recommend them.

We had an issue which the owner took care of immediately to our full satisfaction. Therefore, we edited our review. We are very pleased, and will continue using this company, because their work is precise, clean, and timely. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and their pricing is reasonable. We have been their customer for years, and we are picky!
Update to installing the furnace: We also had hired them to install the AC, great work, nice slim model. Price right. The coordination between the electrician and the installation was timed right, both worked hand in hand. Pricing was right as well.

I am really pleased with the level of service AAA provided. I needed to fix the ducting and even move the return air to get more effective heating. I called a couple companies, yet only AAA came up with a solution that made sense. Kudos to Gary and Julian, who spent a solid 1 – 2 hours crawling underneath the house brainstorming ideas. I was so impressed that I decided to go with AAA. Andres and his team did a great job taking care of the ducting and return air.
A few days later, I noticed the heater wasn’t working efficiently. Robert (?) took a look and had a sharp eye to notice a small gas chamber crack, which is a fire hazard. The very next day Jim stopped by to make an estimate and to my surprise, he was able to squeeze me in that afternoon. Forest and his team did a great job as well.
Yea, that was a lot work. But if I had gone with any other company, the final solution would have been mediocre.

First let me start off by saying you came recommended by Angie’s List who is excellent in its self. I called on Tuesday and schedule my service for Friday the same week. Fanstastic!
Repair person Brian Schultz showed up on time as promised. He was here to clean the dryer vent. Before he started he check the flow of air by looking outside where the vent was. Said air flow was excellent. Next he ran a camera up the vent. Looked great clean and nt clog. He then used a airhose to blow out any dirt. Brian was the best at customer service that I seen in a long time. When I need anything for my Heating or AC service I call this company and requesting Brian. He also check my water heater for leaks and made sure vents were clear.
Please keep up the great customer service, very hard to find these days.

We purchased our Water Heater in ²⁄₂₀₁₂ from this «Family» business. It has just started giving us problems. The woman that answers the phone always sounds annoyed and will not go out of her way to look up purchase history. She wouldn’t even listen to what the issue is with the water heater. Shut me up quick.
Odd how once the purchase is made they no longer know you. I know it’s under manufacture warranty still, I wasn’t asking for a refund but she just rudely said $ 150 to come out. PERIOD. My request to Possibly trying to find our purchase with the serial number was quickly shut down. «Go find your paperwork and call us back» 30 second phone call!

I would like to thank Byron and his crew for the timely and professional manner in which they performed the HVAC portion of our townhouse project. There were certainly some obstacles that they had to contend with such as being in our second story attic on 100 degree+ days, but they came through with flying colors. They did some tweaking here and there in areas that weren’t even in the original plans when they found something wasn’t right.
Real pros. Excellent work done in a timely manner. Thanks!
