Recognized as a leader in the moving industry we are proud to belong to the exclusive club of California businesses owned and operated by women. Having worked for many years in the Corporate world Kim brought with her a very strong business background but she knew she needed to work in the business to truly understand the industry from the ground up. In order to accomplish this Kim worked on the front lines of each move — driving trucks and moving furniture — to ensure each job was completed to her standards.

I still stand by what I said! My husband saw the worker wrap his tools that were in a wood crate that he made approx 41⁄2 feet tall. My husband had the wooden crate on a dolly, he SAW the worker push it in the truck, there was no box around it. With over 6 pages of inventory, I would like you to remember everything that should be on this list! The workers keep asking if they could have thing we were going to sell, I do not think this is professional, do you?
Money was stolen out of my daughters room, we told the workers they were only to take things with a blue tag on it, they took a lot more than that, and we had to pay to move what we didn’t even want. They also packed all my daughters clothes, that she needed for work. She had to drive down to San Jose to pick up the boxes of her clothes. There was nothing blue that was tagged around her clothes, they should never have to touch them. I was sure to let everybody I know and our realtor about the way you practiced business, don’t expect any business from them! The Better Business Bureau was also notified.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but these guys deserve one for an excellent job. In fact, I thought it was such a great job, I’m taking a break from unpacking to leave a review. A friend of mine who had recently moved a few months ago recommend this moving company.
Paul, Josh, and Carlos were my movers today. They were on time, had great attitudes, moved everything to my new place in a timely manner, was careful with all my belongings, placed furniture nicely, stacked boxes neatly, and even hung up the last minute clothing I had in the wardrobe boxes. Really professional and skilled movers.

Vince, Henry and his team recently moved us from Palo Alto to Milpitas. What an excellent group of movers, and will definitely use them again! They were professional and courteous at all times and they arrived right on time! They definitely know their business very well and all of our items made the move without a scratch or anything getting broken! Great company!

We used All Reasons Moving when my girlfriend and I were moving in together. They had to move stuff from 2 apartments into 1 and they were super fast, efficient, and courteous. They took good care of all of our belongings and were flexible with moving them to wherever we wanted. Juan, Paul, and Vicent were A+ movers.

They packed and moved the furniture out to storage and returned all items and unpacked the boxes and returned the furniture and assemble items in my home so that the transition was smooth for me to feel confident of these team members. I am grateful and recommended these individuals for their hard work and courtesy understanding for my concerns in the transition. We needed help moving heavy furniture out of the way before a flooring project and All Reasons was there for us. Perfect timing too because the flooring was delivered shortly after the move was done. The company’s rules and regulations were explained over the phone and online documents were super convenient. I was called well in advance when scheduling required that the movers come a little earlier. Thanks to Juan, Alberto and James for the great job!

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I could utter these words «Moving my business was a dream.» All Reasons made it so simple. Great crew showed up at store number 1 at 8 a.m. They packed up my boxes, furniture and lamps, etc. Put it in their truck. Drove it down to store number 2 and unpacked it.
The crew was so cool. They told me to just let them take the boxes that were open. It was such a short move, they could make sure everything was safe. (I didn’t have anything breakable, so that made it better.) But, they were insistent that I let them move them. (I planed to move that kind of stuff with my car.)
The details were awesome. They put the stuff where I wanted it at my new store. I even changed my mind a few times about a few things and they were still super helpful. They didn’t get annoyed with me… which I was annoyed with me… so that was great. Super flexible, professional and efficient.
It was VERY important to me that All Reasons was insured and legit. This was my business we were talking about and I needed to work with professionals… not a b.s. moving company. All Reasons is a BAY AREA company and they have been around forever. I think most moving companies are in the biz for a few years until their reputations catch up with them. All Reason’s is in it for the long haul. (lol. See what I did there?) Thank you to Kim and her team. Super duper helpful. Everyone involved.

Had a great experience with these guys! Moving is never easy, but they made it feel painless. Communication before the move was great. Scheduling was easy. They were very upfront about their pricing structure, and I found it to be very reasonable.
On the day of the move… the team was on-​time, took great care of all of our furniture/​stuff, and got it done quickly. The guys were totally nice and in great spirits the whole time. They made the unpleasant experience of moving very pleasant. Total pros, all around. :)
I’m hoping it will be a long time before we have to move again, but if/​when we do — we will use All Reasons Moving again for sure.

Really bad experience with these guys. I was using them for a second time, being a loyal customer or at least trying to be. The day before my move I called them to let them know I wasn’t sure how to move my TV. They gave advise but also offered to make a custom box but it would be a little extra. I went for that option. When the move happened my TV was just put on a Dolly and is scratched and has a permanent line on screen. I’ve tried 3 times to submit claims but they keep losing the claim form. You’d think they would come out but no. These people aren’t honest when things go wrong.

We have always moved ourselves with the help of friends and family. Our Time constraints made it difficult. All Reasons Moving and Storage simplified our move, I loved the fact that they answered all my questions before the move, stayed in communication and were very efficient.
The move itself went with out a hitch. What I noticed first was how they worked well as a team, and they were proud of taking great care of our furniture. Not a scratch anywhere. They did a great job!
Do yourself a favor, stop stressing on trying to decide what to do. Use All Reasons Moving and Storage

I chose All Reasons Moving based on a recommendation from a friend. I emailed and spoke with the front desk staff to schedule my move date and options. I have to say the communication and responsiveness was very fast and great. The guys that showed up on moving day were all very friendly and helpful, although failed to call when they arrived so I could come down and meet them, which may have wasted some time. They supplied wardrobe boxes and wrapped my larger furniture items with saran and blankets.
All that being said my main issue was it took 5.5 hours to move from a 1 bedroom 3rd floor 5 miles up the road to a 1 bedroom 2nd floor. The time did not bother me it was the cost… SO EXPENSIVE to move just a 1 bedroom, well over what I thought the cost would be it was nearly $ 1,000 to move a 1 bedroom. Plus most of my furniture arrived okay, but so sad that their are multiple dings in my solid wood furniture, ripped a bit on my couch and a lamp was broken. A few other glass kitchen items were broken, but I did expect some of that.
I think moving all around is just a really hard and stressful experience, but 5.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom is really too much. I don’t have experience with other movers, so I think everything was great about them, customer service, communication, moving guys. Just really mostly irritated with the length of time on moving day and cost… =/

These Guys Rock!
I just moved last Saturday and was scrambling to find a good mover in my area, given that I had less than 2 weeks to move out. All Reasons came to the rescue. I had found them on the BBB site and decided to give them a try.
First of all, I have done a lot of moves in my lifetime. Some of the moving companies were rather shady, so I dreaded the experience. But these guys really kicked some serious butt!
I had three guys: Paul, Max and Orlando. Not only were they super fast, but they also treated my things the same way they would treat their own. Nothing was broken and no dings on the walls, which is hard, coming down the third floor through a narrow staircase with a giant, Eastern King headboard, made of solid Walnut. In addition, they had the best attitude, were playing music off of their phones and singing along. No bad attitude here at all!
Also, they were honest. They gave me the hourly rate and worked hard. No added padding and tape costs for boxes I had already packed. No hidden fees or an estimate of one price and then almost doubling it by adding on things you never saw coming.
I can’t praise them enough and will be using them again, should I move again. These three need a raise! I gave them hugs when they left.

ARM was a lifesaver! We just moved last weekend and kept kicking around whether or not we wanted to use movers. We finally decided on the Friday before our Saturday move, so we didn’t have a lot of confidence that we would find anyone available. We came across ARM and called them Friday afternoon. They were on top of it right away, found a crew for us, and sent us an easy contract that could be signed electronically.
They gave us a time frame between 8−9am Saturday morning, and having experienced different movers in the past, I thought for sure they wouldn’t get there until close to 9. Cruz, Juan, and Al showed up around 7:45am and got straight to work! They loaded all of our belongings quickly and gently, not wasting any time. They even stopped off at Salvation Army on the way to drop off our bed and some other large items that we didn’t want to take to the new place.
They moved all of our stuff into our new place with no problems or damaged items. They guys were fun and easy to work with, and very professional. It was absolutely worth it to get them, and I am more than happy with the crew we got. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving, and they were the only company we found that had a two hour minimum (the rest have 3 hour mins).
I also love that ARM is a women owned and operated business. I love supporting WBE’s!
Thanks ARM! Next time we move (which hopefully isn’t anytime soon) we will definitely use you!

I’m finally here reviewing after 4 moves by ARM in 2 years and storage of most of our belongings for 19 months. We moved from our home and put everything in storage to go and travel for 7 months. then moved a small portion of what was in storage into an apartment for a year… and now moved the apartment and everything from storage to our new home.
The most important thing to say is that the teams of movers from ARM were consistently professional, personable and easy to work with… and we had a few different teams over this time. These men packed and unpacked everything with care and consideration. They took apart and put together furniture that we no longer had any assembly instructions for. They moved our things: like a floor lamp with 4 large glass cylinders; and two very precious bookshelves made of Italian walnut, all without breaking or damaging anything. When our shelves didn’t fit in the new place, they took them to a local machine shop and had them cut to fit perfectly; and they still look beautiful.
As for storage, all of our belongings came back to us in the same condition they were in before storage. Even our piano tuner asked for the name of the storage, because he couldn’t get over how well it survived 19 months there.
Everyone at ARM, including the front office, is professional and easy to work with! We thank them for taking such great care of our belongings.

I had All Reasons move me from my apartment to my condo in 2003, and was very happy with them. So, eleven years later it’s time to move from our townhouse to our brand new house, and we hire them again. Still very happy.
They sent us four guys and two big trucks. The guys (Orlando, Al, Max, and Will) were very courteous and friendly, and very careful with our stuff, especially a ludicrously heavy large chest of drawers. They got everything out of our 1500-​sf townhouse and into our much larger new house exactly within the 8 hour timeframe. They were very polite about asking exactly where everything went and about shifting some stuff around if we needed it.
They also installed felt sliders on all our downstairs furniture after seeing we were moving into a place with hardwood floors. Unlike other moving companies, they did not ludicrously upcharge the cost of the felt sliders. (My husband’s last move, the company he used tried to charge him $ 200 for tape, for pete’s sake.)
We paid about $ 2k total for the entire move and I am 100% OK with that. Thanks guys!
