Honestly I can’t find another company like BGconcepts. I’ve gon through a crap ton of different printing companies and the communication and work doesn’t compare to this place. I live near SF and I’m willing to make the drive to SJ just to pick up my t-​shirts from them. If your looking for legit printing or embroidering hit up BGconcepts because I cant name anything they can’t do in the realm of garmets/​printing!

I have a streetwear clothing brand and we’ve been doing business with BG Concepts since 2012. During the past three years, I’ve tried a few other print shops locally just because I wanted to compare the quality of work, consistency, pricing, and overall customer service of these places. As a business owner I wanted to have the best of everything and I would always find myself back at BG Concepts.
We currently work directly with Alexis with the help of Jeff and the rest of the team when she is unavailable. I have nothing but good things to say about Alexis, she understands the business and she understands the needs of the customers. Unlike most print shops that see high volumes, the customer service doesn’t change. It is consistently great no matter if you print 24 shirts or 2,400 shirts and that is what I appreciate about BG Concepts. Being able to work directly with Alexis over these years has helped our brand grow.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs any form of printing done. The quality of this place is great from top to bottom. The worst feeling you can have is feeling unsure if the clothing will come out as you had wanted and/​or imagined. With Alexis and the rest of the crew at BG Concepts, I don’t have this feeling.

I’ve been coming to BG Concepts for my shirt label since 2012. When I first walked in, I admit I was a newbie in the t-​shirt game and didn’t know too much about anything. At that time, Frank was handling my orders and would always hook me with high quality service and the prints were fly. A few years later I started working with Jeff and he’s stepped in where Frank left and flown above and beyond the previous heights. A BIG shout out to all the printers and workers that get the job done behind the scenes to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. There’s a unique family vibe/​atmosphere to the entire building. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to get some prints/​work done for either business or private use. They have a good thing going on and all of my releases have sold out with rave reviews, so they must be doing something right. Much love!

These guys are the best!!! I’ve been taken care of on 5 shirt designs and printing of tee shirts. They will work tirelessly with you until you are satisfied, with the utmost patience and have you leaving with a smile on your face. I worked directly with Jeff, this guy is the definition of excellent service and loves what he does and it shows. These guys do the best work. They make it all from shirts, hats, sweaters etc. Etc. If anyone that you know that need all the above these are your guys. Thanks for the great product and great service.

Been doing business off and on with them since 2011 for my clothing company, primarily working with Alexis who has always provided the best service possible. I’ve always had a quick turnaround for quotes, fair pricing, good recommendations, good quality screen prints, etc. Overall, I’ve had nothing to complain about. Other then some minor issues that occurred during the production process, but they were very quick and apologetic, and ensured they did what they could to make it right.

I am giving them 5 stars for customer attitude. I visited BG Concepts because my 14 year old is investigating having his designs printed on t-​shirts.
I really had no expectation for the place because I have never printed t-​shirts before.
Jeff and team, spoke directly to my son, showing interest in his ideas and they were very encouraging. They took the time to give suggestions on image format and size. The could have given him the bum rush since he is a kid but they did not.

Great experience, all around! From the moment I was quoted, to the moment I stepped out of the office with my final product, things were handled very smoothly. Alexis provided great customer service and the screen printing job was done in a timely, professional manner! I will definitely be coming back!

Ive been getting my shirts screen printed at BG Concepts for 4 years now. Every experience has been great. Quotes are always sent on a timely manner and they always have input to how to make the job better and cost efficient. All my jobs there have been done on time if not quicker than their stated turn around time. Ill be coming back.

Not only met but exceeded my expectations

I was put in charge of ordering shirts for a trip and even though I had no idea what I was doing they made it so easy! I sent an email asking for a quote and then continued to communicate with Marcos about what exactly I wanted. They were so flexible about the sizes and amount, (not requiring me to place a large order that I didn’t need like other places wanted to do).
Went to pick up the shirts yesterday and one was missing but the girl working the front was very eager to help make it right. Not only did they place a rush order so I could get it in time, they also were able to get me an additional shirt for no charge!!! I picked up the two shirts today and we couldn’t be happier. Our tuxedo tshirts are beyond classy!

I have used BG Concepts several times for work and they have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. Our business is so busy and we generally work at the last minute and BG Concepts always produced within our time requirements.
Also…I most recently got some shirts done for my best friend’s bachelorette party. They got the order done fast and it came out beautifully. We partied like rockstars!!! Overall, they are a class act and I will use them for all my imprint needs.

I have been coming down here for years to have shirts printed. The quality is great and pricing is outstanding. They’ve designed a few shirts for me and their design teams are extremely creative and they look good.
I am a happy camper!

These guys are really wonderful. I was calling around different print shops because I needed a very specific, amazing rock n roll design — and I needed a rush order! I spoke to Anthony on the phone, he walked me through some ideas, I came in that day and had an incredible product in my hand a couple days later! Just in time, how cool is that?
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! — I will use them for everything!

I came in with the file on my flash drive and they took it right from there. I made sure that the file was large enough (12“x12″ 300dpi) so that it would scale down nicely. They printed it out on paper to make sure the size was good (ended up being 8.5“x8.5″ in the end). Anthony talked to me about what kind of shirt I wanted. I ended up choosing a black american apparel shirt and it turned out to be a great choice.
A week later — I came in and picked up the shirt and honestly could not be happier! I certainly plan on making more custom shirts in the future now!

I love BLOWN GEAR! I have been getting my print jobs done with these guys since many many years ago when they were a small shop. Now they’ve grown into a bigger warehouse office. Everyone in there is real friendly and down to earth.
I’ve done t shirts, sweaters and I always get quality work. Sometimes they help design my stuff and other times I bring in my own designs. They have a lot of brands to choose from… hanes, american apparel, etc and their turn around time is QUICK. I’ve had rush deliveries and they always come through for me. =)

This place was recommended by a friend. I needed bachelorette shirts made so I decided to check it out. Upside, they’re reasonably priced and shirts were finished quickly. Downside, they printed 3 of the shirts in the wrong ink (they got printed in black rather than navy blue) and these messed up shirts also had black smudges on them.
Luckily we had bought three extra shirts and they were exactly the same sizes as the ones BG messed up on… I mean, what were the chances of that happening, right? We sure got lucky there! Otherwise we would have had to wait longer for replacement shirts to be ordered. In addition, we were compensated for the shirts they messed up on, so that was good. All in all, the service was cool. The girl we were working with was always prompt with email responses and when I finally met her, she was friendly.
Location is a bit tricky. If you’re trying to get there, just call them when you’re roughly around the area. I wasted like 15 minutes of my lunch break just walking around, finding the place, until I finally called and asked, «So, where exactly is your shop?» Turned out I walked passed it… TWICE.

I just don’t understand the negative reviews below? I feel like (a few of the posts below) we have gone to 2 totally different print shops here. BG concepts have been printing my shirts for over a year and a half now and I have absolutely no complaints. Frank and company have been a joy to work with and keeps me up to date with the projects on hand. A very big plus to BG is when they contact me a week early and the shirts are ready. This has happened more than once and is very appreciated.
It’s a pleasure working with BG Concepts. They haven’t let me down, they cater to my needs and do a great job on the production and quality of my shirts. To say they’re customer service is poor or unsatisfactory, I’m sorry but I just don’t see it at all when I work with them. Our business together is over a year and a half deep, it’s only right to let people know they’re services are appreciated from me.

We used BG for a simple neck tag removal and print; assumming that this would be a simple and efficient job. Unfortunately, it was anything but. Our first order was delayed a week. When we finally received it, there were holes where the neck tags were, and the shirts were not even wrapped in plastic. (It was during rainy season!) We had to send them back and were delayed yet ANOTHER week.
We gave them the benefit of the doubt and went with them again for a second order. Late. Again. And worse, printed the wrong sizes, neck labels were not removed, and some that were had holes in them! Plus, we were missing shirts!
Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed with their reasoning, and much more disappointed in the fact that they admittedly confessed that they could not assure us better quality than that. He told me to go buy shirts and remove the tags myself and see if I could avoid damage. Done and done. Clean and flawless, and I suck at using anything remotely sharp. Proven tried and true, it IS possible to avoid damage removing tags from cotton tees — if you care about the work and want to offer your customers quality service.
2% discrepancy? ok. BUT freaking 10% of our goods?
Never again.

I don’t really order a lot of custom printed stuff so I’m going to judge this based on three things: ease of ordering, quality of product and speed.
Ease of Ordering: I originally emailed to ask for quotes and to get an idea of what this all entailed, they emailed me back and I called to describe what i wanted since i’m not really the best graphic designer. I emailed a rough idea, Frank polished it, emailed it back and it was done. This all took place over two days. Five stars because, if i had been more available and on top of my email and phone, it might have been done through one day. Five stars because i don’t know any jargon for this kinda thing and that was never a problem with explaining things to me. Five stars because they never laughed at me for ordering team shirts for a Dungeons and Dragons group.
Quality of product: It’s a tshirt. How good could it get? I don’t really know how to judge this officially (if it were, say, cheesecake, I’d have a basis of comparison). The shirts looked good when I got them, the design was perfectly centered on the back and the printing was crisp (important for polyhedral dice, since it had to have the iconic d20 shape). no defects in the images, everything was printed like the mock up pictures i sent back and forth with BGs go to guy (i’m pretty sure it was the same Frank everyone talks to because i never got anyone else on the phone). I bought the shirts as a going away present/​joke and i think it speaks for the quality that we all pretty much wear it regularly. Five stars because i can’t think of a way my shirts could have looked better.
Speed: If there was to be a place BG might have lost points, it might have been here but they didn’t. I had no super hurry on my order so I asked to have them in eight days so i could bring them to the next game night. That wasn’t a problem, I picked up the shirts that day and it was done. Five stars here too because it went perfectly smooth.
so, rounded out, five+five+five/three.. . uhm, carry the nine, round off the decimal.. . five stars i guess.
If i had known it was this easy to buy custom stuff like this, I’d have started doing it sooner. Also, my mom saw the shirts and told her church group about it. They got some stuff for their youth group and she says that BGs treated them well too.
