Jeremy was amazing!!! Our hardwood floors were cupping/​cracking and we needed to get someone to our house to detect the issue before we could do any repairs. It’s been raining a lot and and we were very concerned about identifying the issue before it got worse. We called a dozen people and most of them were too busy to come out. Jeremy was prompt, nice and professional. He figured out the problem right away and let us know our window was causing the water damage. Highly recommended!

Jeremy did a wonderful job on our home. He was professional and quick. He found our leak. He took his time and took many readings until he was sure he had found the location. He suggested we use our home insurance to take care of the water damage which ultimately saved us a couple thousand dollars. I’m a contractor myself, so I’m typically tougher to please than the average customer. I’d recommend Bullseye anytime.

Bullseye was called in early June of 2015. Jeremy was professional and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, clean and ready to work. I told him I was uncertain where my water leak was coming from, and could he review the entire lot. He took 2+ hours to review all water sources and determined my pool’s skimmer was damaged by the pool maintenance company and was leaking a huge amount. I was very happy with the quality of service, the response speed, the politeness, and the extreme care he showed while moving around in and outside my home. He is thorough, and even when he finds one leakage source continues on just in case there are more than one. His price was as quoted, and he quoted for the repair as well. His explanation of why this occurred was important as well as we changed our pool maintenance company due to their incompetence (we still may sue for damages).

Jeremy was nice, professional! We had a leak coming from our cement slab in our kitchen hot water pipe; Jeremy did such a good job to locate the leak.
Jeremy was very patient, he was very good at email communication during the whole decision process as we had a lot of questions and a hard time deciding on re-​piping or not, he even help me better understand the situation at hand, so I did re-​piping the hot water line with very good price.

Let me start with the bottom line, which most of you are interested in anyway. The long details follow.

the details:
I had a water leak somewhere between the meter and my house. I live on a hillside which complicates finding a water pipe leak much more difficult.
Not knowing where to start, I started digging around where i thought the leak was originating based on wetness and water patterns until I thought I found the leak location. I had several plumbers give an estimate based on where I suspected the leak was. One plumber gave a quick estimate, another immediately suggested I replace the whole line and one gave an estimate but strongly suggested I hire a leak detection service to verify the location. He recommended Jeremy at Bullseye Leak Detection. As it turned out, it was a good suggestion. Jeremy found the leak in a completely different location and it probably saved me a lot of time, frustration and money.

I called Jeremy late Wed evening and he called me back promptly. We discussed service and price and he arrived on time the next morning. we spent a few hours searching and digging for the leak and found some possible locations but he had a prior appointment he had to go to. He promised he’d come back as soon as he could and gave me an estimated time. When he returned, he resumed the search and found an entirely different location that was he was sure was the problem. Some digging confirmed the leak location.
I think Jeremy went far beyond his initial and primary responsibilities. it was a hot day and the hillside was pretty messy with mud. Jeremy helped me dig till we finally located the leak. Jeremy also helped me fill in the many trenches we dug earlier. I would have paid more than double or triple his fee if I would have repaired my initial leak location.
After the plumber returned and examined the location, he was confident Jeremy had located the leak. The plumber repaired the pipe and turned the water back on. It’s now been a week and there are no more signs of any water leaking anywhere on the hillside.
For what it’s worth, I’ve read many reviews before selecting a contractor. I especially focus on the 1 star reviews. Many times, it seems that the 1 star reviews are the result of miscommunication and missed expectations of unrealisitic costs and time frames.

I gave Bullseye 5 stars was very efficient came over as soon as he could no delays and found out he was a wonderful Christian man, was very honest.

Needed to troubleshoot a was leak in the subfloor of my home. Contacted Jeremy to verify if the issue was with the water supply lines. Jeremy came to the property on time. Performed an acoustic test on all of the supply lines in the house. Test was completed in less than hour. Definately would use the service again if needed. Now I need to look for a drain line specialist.

I called Jeremy to investigate since my water bill suddenly got up disproportionally. He found the leaking problem right away. With a reasonable repair price, the next day he came to fix the leaking. The water running noise is gone. I highly recommend his excellent service to anyone I know.

Jeremy was prompt, professional and did everything right! We had a leak coming from our cement slab in our wash room area and the plumber recommended we first get a leak detection specialist in-​house. Jeremy, was pleasant and arrived to our house quickly on a Friday afternoon. He was thorough and wanted to make sure he found the area of the problem, so he took his time and used 3 of his 4 testing systems to properly locate the problem which was embedded in our concrete slab.
Jeremy was so efficient and professional, he offered to come over Sat. morning to meet the plumber to ensure we were handled appropriately. He delivers professional, courteous and timely work. He’s very fair and walks you through his testing techniques to help the home owners better understand the situation at hand.
I would highly recommend Jeremy! He helped get our house fixed within 24 hrs on a Friday!!! We are very appreciative as we have infants in the house and being displaced during a situation like this is not an easy thing to deal with. He truly cares about his customers.

Lessons Learned:
1. Find and get to know a Trustworthy and Competent Plumber. Leaks and other mishaps can happen and you should already know at least one and possibly two good plumbers.
2. If you suspect a leak or a ruptured pipe, FIRST DO CALL your TRUSTED PLUMBER! Let him or her assesses the situation and then follow his or her advice regarding the next step.
3. Keep in mind that Leak Detection Technicians are NOT plumbers unless they came from that background. They rely on equipment and not necessary the common sense or a plumber’s experience to identify the problem. Call a Leak Detection Technician that your trusted plumber recommends only after he or she deems necessary. Most competent plumbers can tell you the source of the problem!
Moral of the story:
Jeremy, the owner of Bullseye, is a nice guy but he is simply incompetent. He ripped me off of $ 280 for a service which did not find the source of the leak in my property and furthermore he asserted that my water meter was broken which turned out to be a complete error on his part!
Case details:
1. On 9÷2÷2014, while entering the side yard of my house; I noticed a small pool of water that was accumulated on the ground under the kitchen’s window, see enclosed picture. At the first glance, it appeared that leak was originating from beneath the house as the result of possibly a ruptured pipe.
2. I proceeded to contact Bullseye Leak Detection Company based on their good reviews in Unilocal.Jeremy was able to come over on 9÷3÷2014. Upon his arrival, I showed him the location of the leak.
3. Jeremy requested that I shut all the valves in the house and made sure there was no running water anywhere which I did.
4. Jeremy took a look at the water meter to determine the extent of the leak. Although the meter’s counter was not registering an extensive leak (no digit movement), a small triangular shape indicator underneath the counter was moving very slowly. Jeremy mentioned that there is leak but fortunately is a small one.
5. Jeremy proceeded to use his detection equipment and concluded that leak seems to be somewhere in the kitchen between the refrigerator and the counter with no reference to a specific pipe.
6. On 9÷4÷2014, I contacted the Clearwater Plumbing Company and was able to secure an appointment for the same day.
7. Upon their arrival, I showed them the location of the leak and the Bullseye’s leak detection report. The Plumber read the report and commented that the report was vague and unhelpful. He then pointed to the drainage pipe and suggested that the leak is from the drainage pipe’s housing. This particular drainage pipe is connected to the second floor’s master bath toilet, shower and sink area. We confirmed the leak by flushing the master bath’s toilet few times and observing the water leak from the drainage pipe’s housing.
8. The Plumber proceeded to unscrew the housing, cleaned its grooves and reattached it back into the drainage pipe. We flushed the toilet several times and verified that there was no leak. Furthermore, the Plumber inspected the kitchen area, examined the underneath of the refrigerator, dishwasher and the sink and assured me that there is no leak in the kitchen’s wall or anywhere else in the kitchen.
9. I brought to Plummer’s attention that water meter did indicate a small leak. He suggested that I should contact the Bullseye, explain the situation and request that Jeremy to return and further investigate the source of the leak since the drainage pipe is NOT a water supply line. There must be a leak somewhere in the house.
10. On the same day, I contacted Jeremy and discussed with him the Plumber’s findings and asked him to return to further investigate the potential leak in the house. He agreed to come over on 9÷8÷2014.
11. Jeremy returned, proceeded to investigate the potential leak using his equipment and concluded that there was NO leak in the entire house. Furthermore, Jeremy stated it that the water meter was faulty and I should contact the City of Milpitas and ask for the inspection of the water meter.
12. I contacted the Milpitas utility department, explained the situation and requested the inspection of the water meter.
13. The inspectors arrived at my house and upon further investigation, they concluded that water meter was perfectly fine and the source of the leak was a faulty irrigation valve in the front yard (I have two valves) causing a very small amount leak that was being registered by the water meter. I visually confirmed their findings regarding the leaky valve.
14. Keep in mind that Jeremy never asked me about my yard’s irrigation system even though these valves are visibly located underneath the facet where he connected his pressure meter to see if there was a loss of the pressure in the house’s water supply lines which was none. The water supply to irrigation system is directly connected to the water meter so any leak in the system is registered by the water meter

I contacted Bullseye when I had a hunch my pool might have a leak. Jeremy came out and was on time, courteous, and professional. He was very thorough and paid attention to the details. He found 2 leaks and additional cracks that could lead to additional damage. He is very knowledgable and experienced. I would highly recommend Jeremy if you need any type of leak detection. I would consider him an expert in his field.

My review is long overdue. I called Jeremy to come to come due to a pool leak. I have a big 33,000 gallons in ground gunite pool. My leak was really difficult to locate so Jeremy spent hours to search for the leaks. He dived under the pool and pretty much searched all angles to find that there were leaks in my skimmers. After I fixed the leak by a different contractor, Jeremy came back to inspect the work to see if the leak has been properly fixed; he didn’t charge extra for this service. For the reasonable price, Jeremy spent a lot of time to ensure that he resolve my leak issue. I was so satisfied with Jeremy that he referred him to my neighbor who had a leak in his irrigation system. My neighbor also became a satisfied customer. If you have a leak, call Jeremy, because integrity and quality from someone you hire is really hard to find.

Jeremy did everything right. He showed up right on time. He had a spectacular pipe side manner with my 7yr old daughter. He spent a lot of time doing a very thorough job and pulled out several testing techniques including a thermal imaging camera to view my radiant heat pipes embedded in my concrete slab.
From the radiant system, id forgotten to run it before he came and even managed to have it turn off while he was waiting. He was very patient and didn’t /​wouldn’t leave until the job was done.
He even went so far as to keep in touch with me, without my asking, to ensure that the several leaks he found were where he said they were as my situation was complex with radiant heat pipes with leaks embedded in a thick (6″) concrete slab and hot and cold water pipes with leaks running under that slab too!
I would recommend Jeremy, he’s thorough, cares, and has a great attitude and personality around the family too.

We did a whole house gut remodel and put down bamboo floors. I was in a tizzy with my general contractor who was denying that there was a leak under our slab that lead to our bamboo floor buckling for the 8^th time in less than a year. When my general contractor suggested putting down pergo or tile where the bamboo is supposed to be I had to verify my suspicion of a leak.
I called left a message and Jeremy called back right away. He even came out the same day and found a leak.
My contractor fixed the T-​joint where the small leak was and I asked if Jeremy could come out to do a validation sound test and he was so nice as to oblige my request. He even called follow up to see if the problem was solved. Thank you Jeremy!
