Over 35 years of experience specializing in residential and commercial roofing. Family owned business serving San Jose and local Bay Area since 1978. We provide free estimates for all work and/​or repairs and are fully licensed and insured. Experienced with all types of roofing: Shake, shingles, tile, and Flintlastic SA Modified Bitumen Membrane/​torch down. We also install gutters, downspouts, and/​or any sheetmetal work required or needed. We don’t just guarantee quality work but insist on it. Since my first job, in 1978, I have insisted on nothing but the best service possible for my customers. Roofing materials have changed over the years but our commitment to our customers has not. I will personally go out of my way to ensure no corners are cut on any of our jobs.

Ozzie and his Crews replaced my roof back in March 2011.
I am very satisfied with his work. He is trustworthy and very patient in
explaining everything. He let me upgrade the materials up to the last
hour. He did his job the old fashion way, no e-​mail/​internet, just Fax .
At first I was not sure as I got 5 very competitive bids and not many reviews from Unilocal.But his patient and sincerity won me over.
He covered a hole on my roof during the big rains, before I signed the contract. A very pleasant experience and job well done. 5 stars.

Ozzie & his crew did a great job with our roof back in the 1990’s. At that time Unilocal review was around. But now that I looked back to get their info for a friend, I remember they did a good job at a decent price. They cleaned up the debris and were easy to work with. They only take checks and do not require a deposit, only payment when work is done to your satisfaction. Cost depends on what type of material you want.
