Sean is wonderful! I called him after reading all the great reviews on Unilocal and then my realtor sent me the name of the best locksmith she knew of – it was the same person!
I called on a Friday afternoon and Sean was very responsive and set up an appointment for the next morning.
Looks like it’s a one man show, but a very efficient one. He called me about 20 minutes before arriving to make sure we were still on. Incredibly friendly and professional. He was able to rekey our house while also fielding calls from potential clients and chatting with us. He explained what he was doing and has so much knowledge about keys, locks, and security. Sean also went above and beyond just rekeying the house. He readjusted our doorknobs and making the locks easier to use and didn’t charge us extra. Like many people have said, he also gave us tips on security. He also went over the invoice in detail with us so we knew what we were paying for. Very fair pricing!

I’ve been meaning to get our locks re-​keyed since we moved, finally yesterday afternoon I started calling around to get some quotes. Sean was the first locksmith I talked to, he answered the phone right away and gave me a quote. I had intended to call around but his prices seemed fair and he had availability this week so I decided just to go with him. He quoted me $ 60 to come to my house (based on my address) and $ 15 per lock that needed to be re-​keyed. With that 2 keys are included, additional keys are $ 2.50 I told him my schedule this week was flexible so he told me he’d call me back shortly when he had his schedule in front of him. He ended up having availability later in the day! Sean is very friendly, fair and professional. He finished with 7 locks in 45 minutes. He also offered me some other home security tips which I appreciated. When he went to write up my invoice he said since my house wasn’t as far as he thought it would be a $ 50 travel fee vs the $ 60 he originally quoted me. I was surprised he knocked $ 10 off the price! I highly recommend Sean!

Sean is amazing! For starters, I called around a few places and he had the best pricing. Making an appt was ridiculously EASY and he was very accommodating to my inconvenient work schedule. He arrived not just on time, but a few mins earlier and waited a few mins for me. Very conversational, which was refreshing and made me feel at ease. He did the job quickly and advised me of any hazards that were present (i.e. — the handle from the inside was gone so it exposed the metal). In and out in under 30 mins! I can’t say more positive things about Sean and his service! Anyone reading this stop their search and call him ASAP!
