Meet the Business Owner

Noe G.

Business Owner

Noe has worked in the industry for over 15 years. He began to work as a laborer for Tim Hilleary Construction located in Palo Alto, California. As a fast learner, he quickly moved upwards by becoming an equipment operator, then a truck driver, followed by earning the title and responsibilities of a site manager. Finally, Noe became a Superintendent. Many fall into their comfort zone or become overconfident after working for so long in the industry, but not Noe. He took every day as an opportunity to learn something new and if he already knew something, he aimed for perfection. Like his mentor Tim Hilleary always said, «There is always room for improvement…» In 2009, Noe began to study for his License and in 2010, he was officially a General Engineering Contractor with a Class A License, the most challenging license to earn in the industry according to California State License Board (CSLB).
