Steve & Zach Stuck and their team at S&S tile recently did a lot of work for us. Finished off a wet bar, completely remodeled our master bath, a complete remodel of another bathroom, installed a tankless water heater which are awesome, relocated our washer/​dryer inside and installed a barn door. Steve has many years of experience and is very professional and has a great eye to help strategize about a space to maximize the use of that space. His guys that lay tile are terrific, great work, clean and efficient. A great experience across the board.

We have been using S&S tile for the past few years. They were recommended by my brother who also uses S&S tile for their home in Saratoga. They do an amazing job and great quality. Steve and Zachary are very friendly and great to work with.

Just completed another excellent and on budget project with the team at S&S tile. They beat the timeline needed to complete this condo remodel in Campbell, CA as well as kept in on budget. This is the 7^th project completed by S&S Tile for my properties in the Santa Clara Valley and I rate Steve Stuck and his team with 5 stars. Will continue to do business with Steve and S&S Tile.

S & S is a great experience from start to finish. They do a great job for a fair price. Best of all they are punctual and clean ! We have used them a number of times for kitchen & bathroom full remodeling. I have recommended them to my family and friends. They are the best.

We needed a contractor to install a small bathroom vanity for us. Spashworks, where we purchased it, recommended this company to do the install. We were shocked when we got the quote: $ 1575! I asked how they arrived at that figure (number of hours, cost per hour, etc), but never got a response.
The cost did not include any supplies (counter, sink, faucet, etc), only labor. I think a competent person could do it in 3 – 4 hours or less.
I’d give a zero if I could.

We’ve had a lot of work done over the years to our home and had to change contractors nearly every time we started a new project. However when our large glass walled shower started leaking we found Steve & S&S. They quoted fairly, came up with great alternatives and worked hard to work within our budget while doing an amazing, quality job.
Not only did they do great work they also were available by email and text which is an amazing plus for the modern world.

Thanks to Steve and his great crew, I am sitting in my remodeled home recuperating from surgery in a peaceful setting rather than a partially completed remodel. I asked when we began if it was possible to complete before my surgery and despite some unavoidable delays waiting for the arrival of components, Steve made it happen. We even added several upgrades in addition to the original two bathrooms and master bedroom remodel. We also have all new tile flooring, carpeting and refaced stone fireplace. Beautiful! We had a small repair job, and many tilers were not interested in a «small» job, but S&S did the job beautifully and now we will call them when we need something big!

S & S Tile did a great job on our kitchen, fireplace and two bathrooms. They were great to work with on creating the look we wanted, proved to be very reliable and trustworthy, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The kitchen was completely gutted and S & S did everything. granite, backsplashes, and tile floors all look great. This was actually the 4^th time we have used S & S.

We just had S&S Tile install new granite counters and a tumbled stone back splash in our kitchen and I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. Steve was super responsive from the first time I called through to the very end of the job. We were impressed with the care they took to cover our wood and marble floors and they were super clean throughout the project. They really know their stuff, from the fabrication of the granite all they way through to the design and layout of the back splash. Communication was excellent with all the guys. The end result is beautiful!

Very nice job of a remodel of our very modest bathroom. Not the cheapest in the business, but the quality of the work was great. Over a year later, we are still thrilled with our ‘new’ bathroom. Steve (the owner) really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy.

Initially, I was impressed and happy with their work, but…
Subsequent to their first job at my home (Master Bath), I had asked for a quote for my kitchen remodel — almost 3 weeks later I recieved a quote that was more than I wanted to spend. I cut back on the scope and asked to leave the existing cabinets (replacement price was ($ 18k) as well as reducing a few other items — and asked for a revised quote. Another 3 weeks later (after I had asked if they needed more info), I received a quote for only $ 3k less. I requested info on why the price didn’t reflect keeping the existing cabinets (should have been close to $ 18k less), another month has gone by and no response.
In addition to their lack of response, the slab they installed during the MBath remodel has now cracked — from what I have researched, this is due to an uneven surface where the slab is supported. The pressure on the slab without having a flat surface as support, will crack over time. Now I have this aweful crack in the slab and an unresponsive contractor.
The crew was very respectful and clean, but I am troubled by their lack of response and the crack in my slab has me very upset with their quality.
Stay away from these guys!
