History

Established in 2013.

TT Glass and Windows in San Jose, CA, is a family-​owned and operated glass company with a long history of providing high-​quality windows and doors to the Santa Clara County area. Owner Jonathan has been working in the industry since the age of 13, helping his father with glass repairs and replacements.

After finishing school, Jonathan went to work for his father, gaining experience in installation, repairs, and sales. Now, Jonathan is at the helm of the business and is teaching the trade to his daughter.

Top marks for CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cannot say enough about the level of service I received from MayLin (office staff) and Johnathan (technician). Based on other Unilocal reviews I contacted this service provider for a glass repair job I needed for a property I own in San Jose. Living in the Sacramento area, I figured it could be a hit or miss proposition, but being remote didn’t have many other options. The work was completed professionally and with the greatest care and efficiency. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend them for any glass work you need done. The concept of customer service is not lost on this company! Give them your business and you won’t be disappointed!

They are excellent! I called them because my bedroom window broke and needed to be replaced. All we needed was the glass cut to our measurements and we did the work. We gave the measurements and pick up our glass… excellent service. They did not try to push us into getting more pricey glass, we just asked for the lowest price glass cut and they did. Thank you…

I highly recommend TT Glass & Windows company! We originally used them to get the glass for our kitchen cabinets that were being redone. They were very reasonable and quick to fulfill the order my cabinet guy needed. We were impressed.
Fast forward a year and we purchased a new dining room set for our new kitchen. We loved it but found that the top was needing more protection to keep it looking good — so we called TT Glass again and explained our situation. They sent a guy out that week to take measurements of our table, and about a week later «installed» the new glass table top for our dining room set. It has nice smooth edges (and corners), fits perfectly and it’s so nice knowing our table will last a lot longer with the new glass on top to protect it… and it really looks GREAT too! I like working with a local and family owned company — and they did quality work at a reasonable price! Thanks TT Glass! ;)

I contacted the top 5 window companies on Unilocal.TT Glass & Windows was the most reasonably priced and quickest to deliver. While others were brash to deal with, these guys were professional and not pushy. They were so professional.
I was getting ready to put my home on the market and was moving down to Southern California in a couple of days. The windows were broken thanks to my floor contractors (that’s another story) so I was pressed for time to get the windows fixed to put on MLS.
TT Glass & Windows were ver accomodating and kept me updated with the status of the windows. The windows came faster then expected.
I love these guys and wish they had a branch in Southern California.

I wrote the previous review out of frustration. They were too busy & it took too long to get on their schedule. After a couple of phone call, the owner was nice enough to help me speed thing up & get a convenient schedule installation date.

Take more than a week to replace a piece of glass, and it’s extremely hard to schedule time with them.

I called many other local glass companies and TT Glass & Windows was by far the nicest and quickest option I found! We had a large window they replaced for us (about 4ft x 9ft).
They stuck to the original estimate they gave us, and they were very polite and efficient. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

I highly recommend TT Glass and Windows. I ordered a piece of glass for my desk and it is lovely. I also ordered another piece of glass for my Mother, and she is thrilled with the glass on her desk. It adds a classy and elegant touch. The service is excellent and they really take the time to help. I e-​mailed a picture of my shower and they responded with suggestions and pictures of what doors would work with my shower type. I will definitely continue to order from TT Glass and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass at a fair price.

One of the windows in my bedroom was broken in an attempted break in, I had called about a dozen glass repair companies and no one gave me better service or a better price than Johnathan (manager). He gave me an estimate over the phone and came and repaired my window in the same day.

It’s a small family business that they truly care their customers.
I accidentally cracked my mirror closet door awhile back (I know it sounds stupid). Just so happen that I could use a mini-​van for a couple days, so I brought my 7 feet tall closet door for a quote. The price is fair and they estimate 2 – 3 days repairment. Once I mentioned I won’t have the van with me by then, they immediately promised and expedited it to next day, so I can use my van and bring it home.
