Unilab Quest Diagnostics

If you’ve read some of my other reviews you can see, I’m fairly new to San Jose. And, I was really nervous about seeing a new doctor and finding things like the lab where I’d no doubt have to have bloodwork done.
This Quest location is located in the same building as my doctor, so that took some of the anxiety out of the equation for me. It’s easly to find and they don’t require an appointment, though I might make one next time.
I came here, first thing in the morning, after fasting for my bloodwork. Little did I know my doctor ordered several panels to be run, which required like 10 tubes of my blood! But the technician who helped me was nice and sympathetic. We joked about things some, which was nice and I was in and out of there in half an hour or so. Even though I went first thing in the morning, I still had to wait behind a few other people who had made appointments. And the office was just opening, so there was the normal delay in letting them get their systems up and running.
Like I said, next time I will call ahead.
