I was referred to Brad Evans from a good friend that purchased a home last year and raved about the positive and seamless experience she had.
Yesterday we completed our refinance with Brad Evans and his team. It took exactly 3 weeks from the date I first contacted Brad, to the funding of our refi loan. Wow!!!
Brad presented us with 3 different loan options, to let us choose which best fit our needs and payment. Once we chose which loan program to proceed with, we primarily worked with Caty Spiteri (Sr. Loan Manager). Caty held our hand throughout the entire process. This was our first refi, and we had lots of questions and concerns. Both Brad and Caty always responded to our emails promptly, even on nights and weekends. They are friendly, professional, and personable. With the real estate market so hot right now, I can only imagine how many loans they are processing. This entire process we always felt like we were their top priority!
Needless to say… I HIGHLY recommend Brad Evans and his team. I will certainly be a return customer when it comes time to refinance again. :-)

We just bought our 2^nd home and it could not have happened without the help of Brad and his team.
