We had been through another lender before working with Randy and we were so relieved to finally work with someone who really put our needs first. He understood all of our specific conditions, and made sure we always stayed within our budget and never pushed our financial limits. He was even able to get us lender credits to help with closing costs, and always checked in with us every Tuesday even when we weren’t avidly looking. Best part yet: he was actually able to close escrow on our home that we were buying in 15 DAYS, which was the ultimate reason our offer was accepted over the others. Randy is probably the best and fastest closer in the mortgage loan industry! I already have several other mortgages for my rental properties that have not been paid off yet. Based on my income debt ratio, I would’ve had been rejected by other mortgage bankers easily. But Randy is very resourceful and on top of everything. We close the escrow in 2.5 weeks! Highly recommended!!!

Randy and his crew at Pinnacle were very friendly and efficient. Not only did he save us money on our down payment, he gave us the attention first time home buyer needs. Our home purchase was on the lower end of the pay scale, but Randy treated us as if we were any other person, which meant a lot to me. He obviously knows the ins and outs of his trade, and executed a short sale purchase for us in under a month. He even answered an escrow question for me in the middle of his son’s basketball practice! Crazy. If you use Randy as your loan officer you won’t regret it.
