Synergy Wellness opened in San Juan Capistrano 20 years ago in 1990. It has been dedicated to high quality health care and massage since day one. The center is known for accepting difficult cases such as injuries from high speed automobile crashes, and painful and troublesome (ofter causing disability) spinal disc injuries. The latest and absolute best equipment for these therapies is employed. We excell with sports injuries of the shoulder and knee – many of our knee injured patients have been able to cancel their surgeries after a course of therapy with us.

As a young man in my early 20’s I experienced a low back injury, causing severe sciatic pain down my leg. I was unable to walk. I was referred to a chiropractic office and went in right away. Treatment was simple and quick. An hour later I was walking without the crutches, by the end of the day the pain was gone. In that moment I decided to change careers and become a chiropractor. It is 42 years later, and I still delight in my own patients geting similiar results from chiropractic treatment. Obviously the body can heal itself and does so if allowed to be in balance. Many of our patients have cancelled their knee surgery after a few simple treatments here. So many surgeries are really unnecssary and result in scar tissue tht leaves the body stiffer and more pain sensitive. Always look for a natural solution first, you’ll be glad you did.
