We specialize in two things in our office. Headaches and Car Accidents. If you have been in a car accident call our office today for a free consultation. The worst thing you can do after a car accident is nothing. Many times you will not feel any effects of an accident for days or even weeks. It is vital that you get checked by a doctor as soon as possible whether you are feeling any symptoms or not.

Our other main specialty is Headaches and Migraines. Especially chronic migraines or headaches. Did you realize that if you are experiencing 2 – 3 headaches a week. That means you are having 100 to 150+ headaches every year!

History

Established in 2004.

Whatever Dr. John Michals does, he is energetic, positive, and passionate. His desire to create a positive impact and help others is apparent. His dedication to the chiropractic profession and his patients is evident in all he does.

Dr. Michals was born in Escondido, California. He completed his pre-​chiropractic education at San Diego State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. He then attended Palmer Chiropractic College-​West in San Jose, California. There Dr. Michals received his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree in December 2003.

After graduating, Dr. Michals began his career in Fremont, CA under the guidance of his mentor Dr. Hans Freericks. After refining his skills and techniques under the watchful eye of Dr. Hans. Dr. Michals moved back home to San Diego to pursue his dream of owning his own practice.

My name is John Michals. I am a native San Diegan, Escondido to be exact and I Love My Job! I was introduced to chiropractic in 1991 when my mom started seeing a chiropractor to help relieve her Sciatica. For months all I heard from my mom was how great her chiropractor was.

In 1992 I nearly lost my leg when it was broken while playing soccer for Escondido High School. It was at this point that I decided I would dedicate my life to helping others as Dr. Fallon had helped me.

Everyday there are miracles happening in our office and it feels great to be a part of them. This is why I Love My Job. I love helping people when they have lost all hope and «tried everything.» When you are ready to change your life we will be here for you.
