So, I’ve been in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending for 20+ years and know enough to know that when it came to listing our own home for sale I needed an expert that would provide several key elements.
I needed someone who knows San Marcos and the North County. This Realtor had to have a history of selling in what has been a very tumultuous market and someone that was savvy in negotiating and providing us with insightful feedback. Selling a home in today’s market is no picnic and we needed someone who would guide us every step of the way as we’ve lived in our home for over 11 years and selling was going to be an emotional process so we needed to be able to rely on the professional we chose.

We listed our home after much preparation and I kid you not… we had an offer on Day 2 of showing at the top of our asking price. We had done our homework with Leo and it paid off. Not only were the buyers solid but Leo’s ability to connect with their agent made the process as painless as possible.
Ours wasn’t a process without challenges or obstacles along the way, but Leo remained calm and is a man of many resources, consistently guiding us to the close of escrow. When I would lose my cool a bit at things, Leo would laugh and help me to keep my eye on the goal.
