Business Owner

Starting out in his father’s appraisal office, Michael learned the business from the ground up. Because of his early interest in personal computers and other evolving technologies Michael quickly adapted what could be used as an advantage for The Terra Group.

Once it was clear that the company could datamine the information necessary to more quickly and more efficiently produce appraisal reports he then targeted the premium accounts that could benefit.

Within a few tears The Terra Group was servicing most of Southern California’s booming New Homes builders and lenders.
