Manager
Natasha wrote and is approved to teach Real Estate Risk Management & Real Estate Trust Fund Handling for the CA Department of Real Estate’s Continuing Education Curriculum. She trained in underwriting while working with Wells Fargo.
Natasha has 7 Years Experience in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry. As the Regional Manager & Loss Mitigation Specialist for Safe Haven Modifications, she has implemented a system that utilizes a mathematical approach to underwriting the mitigating risk factors that would have a lender keep a homeowner in their current property through a loan modification solution. Natasha and the rest of the management team believes that people who can’t afford their mortgage payments can’t necessarily afford to pay thousands of dollars to a modification company. As a result, Safe Haven Modifications charges $ 995 for their Modification Submission Package.
80% of Safe Haven Modifications’ clients get a loan modification and are able to stay in their homes.
